I couldn't believe how lame this doc was.
It didn't bother to really define what yoga means or" is" to start from so that the whole context of the movie was relevant. It just focused on it's own spew which was completely hypocrtical to what it was trying to say.
It's bewildering just how ignorant that was to both filmaking and it's subject.
It's like the snake that feeds on it's own tail.
