You all have to remember that we're talking about TOOL. These guys aren't idiots, they know what they want to accomplish inside-and-out, and they're succeeding at it. This isn't a coincidence, they've done this before, and I'm sure when their next album is released, they'll do the same thing again.
It was done wrong. It's supposed to be 10,000 days on top of virginti tres which is followed by Wings For Marie. The part where it picks up and then he says the whole thing about looking them in the eye or never telling a lie is very very close to being overlapped.
Even if synchronization between Wizard of Oz and Dark Side Of The Moon and then Tools two tracks are merely coincidental. Who cares? Does it really take away that much from the experience as a whole. If if is all withoutreason wouldnt the coincidence itself be enough to appreciate?

this is NOT correct. you are to start wings part 2 and venti tres at the same time. 7 SECONDS after venti tres is finished you start wings part 1. not the total sum of venti tres and wigns 1 running time. keep in mind they WILL NOT SYNC exactly. but it was never meant to be exact as to give the listener a different experience everytime you do this
I don't know about the 7 seconds gap, (it would line it up at the end though) but at the end of the both of them, I find the songs sound pretty good with the off center beat. Doing it that way leaves the two of them stay with the total of Wings pt. 2.
hey,I feel like the kid who found the golden ticket. you know how Wings part 1 and 2 synch with the last track, well that didn't seem like enough for me so I had a feelin that more of the album synchs up, and check it, alot of it, and maybe all of the album synchs up with the rest at different points, try vicarious and rosetta and then follow it with either Jambi or The pot i forget which coz' i was so excited, and at the start of the wings synch, play Leapan!! Im postin this everwhere.more...
Yeah this was a well aware intention Tool had put together. Regardless, it is just so beautiful..shit! No other like Tool!
