hey alex, in the preferences area you should see a load plughin button, then a box that shows the plugin. then there should be another button after that says browse. click browse and you should be able to see a few options and pokemon should be one. click on pokemon then select choose,next under plugin finder, click update. from there you should be able to figure it out, but let me know if that helps.
@fluramba It doesnt let me load the plugin and in the box pokemon isnt one of the options. Are you supposed to have a pic of the back of a card saved to your computer?

When im in the preferences inside of the game it only shows the war game but no pokemon.
