I don't know what everyone else is on about because to me that was a straight up uncalled for attack from Joe.. The lady had a right to express her disapproval; she may not have appealed in the best way when she told him to look at her properly - When she said that she obviously pushed the wrong buttons because from that point on it was attack-mode. He addressed the lady's concerns which it was part of an act, simple as that but she kept pressing. He shouldn't have to walk away without saying his mind. She came in coming on a high horse and Joe brought her back to Earth. If someone was to threaten to "burn me with a cigarette" I wouldn't take that easily and neither would you.
