i'm kinda angry with this anime. a roadgoing rallycar is ALWAYS the best on a mountain pass. they're designed to go through hairpins faster than a GT2 or GT3 machine. only some experimental things (like that miniGTs with 1000cc motorbike engines) can beat them

i find pretty bad that this anime says that 2WD cars can go faster than rallycars like the Impreza or any of the Lancers

for example, in motorbikes, naked bikes seem fast and good through turns... FAKE, 1000cc bikes are MUCH faster

It's not that the 86 defeated the Evo IV or Evo III or Evo VI using pure power, but instead, uses the gutter to make turns easier or techniques like disappearing from your enemy (of course, they would be distracted by that) or intimidating the enemies because they are fighting an outdated 86 etc. And almost all his enemies underestimated the 86 because of how old it is. And just so you know, He didn't beat Bunta's Impreza.

@TakumiFuji01 ???? You don't have to keep pulling the e-brake for AWD cars. There's multiple ways to maintain a drift in an AWD vehicle besides using the e-brake. And FWD can't drift. Just oversteer.

The Civic is a FF. If you watch closely, it was never drifting. If you watch previous episodes, ie. battle against Shingo, you would see that they mention that FR's can be shakey and unstable while drifting...the civic here never drifted

when i drove an EK9 i started to think that it was pretty good, with all the handling and all. . . as i satarted downhill on some mountain in our country, it went smoothly. . . but uphill i started to realize that u couldn't start drifting not because of the front wheel drive sytem but it literarily eats the tires each corner. so drifting+EK9="NO DRIFTING REQUIRED" BUT the advantage is if u set the torque to max u'll get more power out of corner's but almost no brake. haha try it its fun

Why would you drift in an FF car...rock the e-break more son...Get FR, and then git gud. FF has some potential when it comes to corner entry, but only if your willing to wear the breaks, with break+gas, so you can keep your weight on your front tires through the corner.IMO FR > FF, and this is noticeable in racing where FF is virtually non-existent. Except for in minor leagues.

Yea it is powersliding.....because since its FWD the back doesn't slide out the front of the car moves into the turn and pulls the car thru the turn. All an FWD car does is lose traction and the car slides around.
