@Anestheticum you've got problems with the salts that are getting between your knee cap and meniscus. You should bind your knees with elastic or something to keep them warm. It helped for me though.

Your body is build out of bones,muscles and fat.
From inside out it is: bones muscles and fat.
When you do cardio, you will lose fat. So you will see you're muscles more.
But when you are skin over bones, then you will lose you muscles, otherwise it will only will be fat burning

if i do one circuit 3 times a day (morning, noon, evening) how much calories will i burn? or what if i do 3 full circuits in one go a day, how much would that burn? which do you think is better?

@noeleverblue i think you should do 3 full circuits in one day ... if you do it would be possible for you to burn between 500 to 1000 calories and that is all going to depend upon how hard you push. Dear Peter Carvell. I jog 3 times a week (MWF). I want to fill in my T-TH-Sa days with some upper body exercises. I only have dumbbells in my house. Could you suggest maybe a great home workout for me? I really want to get rid of this belly fat and man boobs. Thanks.

@tishaahsan the only way to get rid of man boobs is to train 5 to 6 times a week and eat healthy foods. Cut out greasy and fatty foods and you should be fine. im a 17 year old boy,like 1.76 meters, 63 kgs,i just have some lower fat on my belly,i started doing a good abs training,just doing it 4 like a week,i feel that my abs r stronger but does it burn my lower fat?and if i do this cardio will i lose weight?cuz i dont wanna lose alot of weight just lose the belly

@offfdrace hey man I had the same problem, you need some cardio... but also weight lifting can help you (if you try to gain weight at the same time)... send me a message and I can give you some info about it, sorry but I don't want a huge paragraph here :) oh and I´m 17 too btw

I read online that if you do exercises/workouts for a long time without switching it up, your body gets use to it. So do I have to do it 5x's if I get use to doing it 3 times?
