  • I'm willing to try anything at this point. After 8 months of cardio, i managed to lose twenty pounds. I lost a couple of inches off my waist(jeans definitely looser) but i still have a tear drop shaped belly! I don't need to lose any more weight, nor do i need to lose lean muscle everywhere else! I just want to lose as much body fat as possible! I've been limiting my carbs, i.e. barely eating bread, pasta and rice, and been cutting down on carlories and fatty foods. I hope this works! Thanks.

    Only the knees. It's like a sharp pain if I go up from my squats.

  • @Anestheticum you've got problems with the salts that are getting between your knee cap and meniscus. You should bind your knees with elastic or something to keep them warm. It helped for me though.

  • I did 2 sets and was soo tired that I seriously can't do the last set. This is good workout, I didn't expect so much from home work outs. Nice! But the feeling I get after the work out is like, I'm so drenched... I feel like I was almost gonna die... May be I'm out of energy?

  • @IntelligencePrevail yea but i have been working out more seriously for a month or two ahead. Definitely would have had trouble doing this a month ago. Keep on working at it for a couple of sets twice a week and add on the third one when your body is more fit.

  • The quick feet, line jumps, and squat jumps i am used to, we have to do it in football, but this still is very difficult.

  • @neverlast15 then you should start out slow so your body can get more easily used to it and to avoid injuries.Do it about 2 times per week and 1 or 2 reps each session,depends how fit you are,in about 3 months you should be able to see progress and maybe do more reps.

    No.

    Your body is build out of bones,muscles and fat.

    From inside out it is: bones muscles and fat.

    When you do cardio, you will lose fat. So you will see you're muscles more.

    But when you are skin over bones, then you will lose you muscles, otherwise it will only will be fat burning

  • @noeleverblue i think you should do 3 full circuits in one day ... if you do it would be possible for you to burn between 500 to 1000 calories and that is all going to depend upon how hard you push.
