Why on earth did they have marton televised when they had Millo? A far better singer. Thank you for showing this.

Yes It's also a pity she can't count. Her entries and note lengths are all over the place. They chose Marton over Millo because she was a much bigger star at the time. I wouldn't want to hear either of them sing this though. Why not Cenerentola instead?

@peteradaniel Oh Peter...music bends, her timing is perfect and very Verdian...Millo was a great singer with a great voice as was Marton. I do not know what universe you are living in but on earth, it does not get more heavenly than those two in this production.

My question is why in the world they chose Marton over Millo? I love Marton in roles like Elsa and Turandot, but not for this. It moves too much for her. What a shame.
