aluminium actually makes glitches worse...it's permeability is poor for shielding purposes. it appears to work as when it is all crunched up, it can scramble the field somewhat...but it can also equally make it spike!...use SS , nothing, or mumetal
There are numerous places you can fly an RC Airplane. I would recommend you research your cities municipal code as it varies city to city, but for instance in my town it is unlawful to operate R/C toys in public parks (unless it is a sanctioned event or you have permission).
Basically: Private Land, Public Area's (school yards/-parking lots fairgrounds, But place with few people.
Its ok to fly most places. If you aren't allowed to fly somewhere, you wont get in tourble, just told to leave
MXf701. It does happen but it is not very often. (its not a problem really because props are about 1-2 dollars). When the prop strikes the ground it will just get knocked out of the way. However you always have to cut throttle before you land or you will destroy the prop. (Possibly break your motor mount and more too)
No. There is two planes flying, that's why it's so noisy. He does it to show the comparison between the invisible stealth version, and the regular version.
Like a friend of mine once said "I could fly the kitchen table if it had enough power". Look at the space shuttle. Designs like this fly extremely well at high speeds, but at slower speeds they have to go into a higher alpha (nose up) attitude to use the body more as a wing than the actual wings.
This is nice, but I like your SU-27 better.. way better... =) I'm almost done with mines... I'm using 6mm EPP I bought from Home Depot. 4ft. x 8ft. for $6 US dollars... I'll try to post it once i get a successful flight.
