Ether they will shut down the show or they will find other people that can do the voices.

Worst case they would just hire more people to do the voice. There is enough of people out there that can do a proper Homer voice as an example.

Or better yet. Take a look at the voices that have done some of the Disney character (Donold Duck etc) over the years because all of them sound similar, but are not the same persons.
