  • this card is awesome even today :)

  • i used to have this card 2 years a go, then upgraded to 9600gt, i used it for a year, now i have a 4870, pretty good card.

  • Beautiful man. Just Beautiful.

  • yeah my ps3 plays this very well too lol!!!

  • the sound is kinda stupid!

  • TDT is beautiful command, FPS, plus texture Memory and System Memory usage as well. Have TDT on while changing graphical settings, shadows etc. I used this method trial and error and found my sweetspot. I got a pentium 805d stock, hd2600pro stock and 2gigs. Indoors around 85fps, outdoors heavily wooded with oblivion gate in all its glory...38-40fps solidly with creatures! Even my x800xl could run this game very nicely...sometimes better....

  • By any chance do you have the Toshiba Satellite P200? Because I'm getting one just for Oblivion and I want to know do you have all settings maxed out including distant landscape. Also what is the avarage fps when you are outside on Oblivion (without video recording software).

  • Wow XD, no i don't have Toshiba P200. And yes, including dist. land. . FPS outside was around 25 i think

  • My Toshiba A210-1c4 laptop plays oblivion pretty well.

  • @filippo333 Toshiba sucks

  • @mycakedied You suck I don't even have a Toshiba laptop any more.

  • @filippo333 u know i rly dont care if u got ur toshitba anymore :P it dosent change my point of view :) but as i said toshiba sucks

  • @mycakedied actually, they're pretty damn good, what are you talking about?

What qualifies as good in ur opinion?

  • @XxdeathclawslayerxX anything but Toshitba, Fujitsu, and Hp

  • well you answered at least

yes video cards can be loud....

  • Yo sorry, i thought u meant sound as in games, rly sorry bro. It isn't loud, it's completely normal. Sry again

  • so how does the card SOUND in your computer when running those intensive games....is it loud?

  • What? No, it has nothing to do with graphic card, it was volume of recording, i didn't find it. It's completely normal...

  • do you play this on a laptop ??

  • No! Don't u think i would mention it??

  • How would I play it on Dual Core 1,6 Ghz ...1GB RAM and a 2600 PRO like yours ? :)

  • not like mine, but something on medium-high

  • Well, i dunno fps, but it was smooth.

  • oh sorry, i forgot. gonna try it

  • Well, it lagged a bit outside, but lowering shadows or something made it smooth.

  • Ok, i'll try it out this afternoon and let u know.

  • hey rifer u got the overclocked version or u overclocked it

  • I had to overclock it.

  • does it still works good without oc

  • well, i actually don't remember how it worked before, but i should be a one quarter worse (i overclocked it by one quarter), so it's not that good. But OCing doesn't hurt anyone...

  • i want to do that but im scare though that i have to buy another video card n i dont have money

  • Well, if u have HD 2600 Pro, then don't worry, use rivatuner, it will actually show u the limit of overclocking, and if u dou overclock it too much, pc just restarts and sets back default glocks.

  • oh cool thanxs for the advise

  • This looks good.. I might get a new computer, thanks for the help with system requirements.

  • NO!!! Don't buy anything realted to this PC. U can get twice better now for its price.

  • man i simply love Oblivion. Its my favourite game to date......and The Elder Scrolls V is coming in 2010 and inshallah is gonna be even better, larger, funner, longer, and addictive than Oblivion...........

  • Same here, i know about 5

  • yeah same here, but i bet is going to be a year delay

  • would this game work well with the ATI RADEON HD2600 Pro Edition Graphics Card and AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4000+ 2.10 GHz ? I don't really know much abut this stuff.

  • good preformance

  • whered you buy this card for agp ive never seen in stores :(

  • this test is of pci-e version, but i have agp too, altough parents bought it on internet, so i dunno

  • best buy in City of Industry California Has the visiontek hd 2600 pro Agp 512mb DDR 2 version for 59.00 clearance. They have quite a few. I got one, its kinda sweet. Copper fins, backside memory copper plate.

  • lucky ass i got the one with 256mb for 80

  • from the internet only

  • What do you use to record videos?

  • fraps- full version

  • my sys specs

    1.3gig ddr1(lolz)

512mb ATI Radeon HD 2600 PRO

    400W PSU

    AMD ATHALON64X 3000+ (3.0ghz[super lolz])

40GB generic hdd (mega super ultra lolololz)

my pc is just fine and can run any new game (except crysis) at maximum settings and get at least 30-120 fps so its like perfect and hella cheap

  • 3000+ isnt 3.0GHZ i have a 3800+ and its 2.0 GHZ

  • its clocked and rated at 3ghz mines 1.7 ghz compared to a intel quad core its 3 ghz compared to a pentium 4

  • Maximus nice pc man

  • do you think the 512 mb version of the radeon 2600 pro agp will have the same performance as the pci-e?

  • no, at least from what i heard, it should be slightly worse

  • Very Good Game. I just waiting receive my new pc to play it!

    q6600, p5k se,9600 GT, 2 gb ram ddr, HD 250 gb

I can play this game im Maximum quality?

  • Hell, of course yes :-D
