Guys i really need help. I downloaded this game and for some reason THIS intro that i am watching did not play when i did my playthrough. Why isnt this cinematic not playing on my game?
I have this running great in XP, but no music because I have a HD Realtek soundcard :(
Love his intro, it's like a movie - and at 1:04 when the swirling 'anti-matter crystals' turn into the swirling ice cubes in Slater's drink and the first couple sentences out of his mouth tell you straight away the sort of guy he is!
The best game and the most underrated game at the same time...it just so wrong that this game never got the attention it deserved, the story, gameplay, music, everything...you can really see the hard work and the love for the game the creators had, and still the game wasnt hit. What did they do wrong? Nothing! It just that stupid gamers didnt notice this game. Yeah it has happened whit many great games in the past, but Outcast is clearly the most underrated game ever.

This game is the best game ever!! I played it with my Dad [[Since I was little when it was released]] for weeks!! Oh gawd!! I just love this game!!! ;D Cheats are fun. XD

i usually hate RPGs (I'm sorry but there was nothing FPS-ish in Obliviion, just the same ol' borin' RPG), but this game was amazing, it had RPG elements but there was so much cool action that you just had to love it. awesome graphix, story, atmosphere, simply the only RPG i like (unless you count san andreas as an RPG, cause then there are two RPGs that i love :)).
Haha...Yeah it has to be that way..But come on. You like Outcast. Like me. You like Transformers. Like me...Hell you definately got a VERY good taste mate :) Sorry about my cool nickname though^^

It comes out this year I think ,2008 But there is not much info on it yet. It's roumered to pla ya bit like that game assasins creed.

Made mistake about music - turned out I had a dirty CD, by cleaning it I got the music back! So if you have Realtek, you're okay! :)

Wow, the secret base scene looks a lot like a Doom 3 scenario. It's basically the same atmosphere tricks.
