@11Rico96 well depends, there are some really good low budged programs like Modo that still kick ass :P but if you wanna have somthng free blender would be the way to go

you also get most of the autodesk products (incl. 3dsmax, maya, softimage,...) for free - if you are a student ;) - but this is only for non-commercial use

Great tutorials man, much appreciated. When it comes to resizing things with the scale tools however I can't seem to get around an auto resizing problem. Whenever I place any object in the scene, even something as simple as a box, I scale it up, then try to scale it up again, then the object automatically resets itself to its original size. I'm at a loss and would really appreciate any help.

What about a Tutorial where you explain how to export things from sketchup.

I know it isnt the best for it but it is easy to use and free. There is also the warehouse with low detail models.

@renogazo If you are looking for help on a project you can join the forums. There are usually people looking to work on a project. Research Game Design Documents and you will find some templates for a GDD doc. Use this to help get your project going. If things are not planned out correctly you will find it much harder to finish or know where you need to go next. Plan, Plan, Plan, that's how to make a dream a reality.
