I just read MIchael Sweet announced his engagement Oct. 12/09.....his wife died March of 09....uh...that was a quick recovery...I'd not be surprised if he was cheating on her while she was sick..damn...I felt badly for him now I feel he's a bit of a turd - providing if that was the case. If not, then, ok. Hope he's happy.

Christians don't judge people based on rumors WinterStream. Michael is a widow and thus can marry whenever he wants. Your embarrassingly judgmental finger-pointing of a man who has dedicated his life to serving the lord is the very reason the world hates Christians. In which bible verse did Christ teach to be a pompous know-it-all? Yes, it was a fast turnaround but love has its own timetable & Michael doesn't practice sex outside of marriage. Leave his family alone & work on your own issues.

No, the problem in this world today are people like you....who go way overboard and don't care for other peoples opinion because YOU think YOU are right always. Wrong again WinterStream. I enjoy other points of view but trashing Christian singers because of RUMORS goes way beyond stating an 'opinion'. You called Michael a "turd" (?!?) I've talked to Michael about the name-calling before back when Christians accused Stryper of selling cocaine. The reality is that you aren't man enough to admit when you're wrong. I stopped going to church 20 years ago because of love-filled 'brothers' like you. Now I'll let you get back to trashing someone else's family.

Wow. I can't believe I never saw this. Thanks for posting. I was a Stryper fanatic all through the 80's. I will say however that their association with TBN was always disturbing to me. I met Stryper & they are sincere believers unlike the scumbag Crouch family & TBN (total B.S. network) It always bothered me that Michael continued his association with TBN for years. What the &%*#? Research TBN & Benny Hinn if you want to see what a black eye these people gave to Christianity in the name of greed

The Crouches have no divorces in their family. Matt and Lori don't believe in divorce. Paul and Jan have remained faithful to each other.

Can't deny Benny's wife filed for divorce...but it is not Benny's fault she did this...whereas the guys in Stryper did do some wrong things.

I do pray that these ministers get off the money focus, though.

Who cares if Robert had sex before marriage JeriRose? Are you kidding me? Christians have hormones too. It's part of being human. Why is it that God can forgive us but other Christians can't seem to? If you want to take issue with someone, take issue with the con men who are out there posing as prophets (Benny Hinn) while scamming poor people out of their unemployment money. Why on earth pick on forgiven sinners? You ever heard of King David or Moses? Have you forgotten what THEY did for sex?!

Matt Crouch (mullet guy is still married) to Laurie Crouch. They have two children, nearly or fully grown. They keep saying in interviews I hear that divorce is not an option (praise the Lord for commitment!).

Michael was married until recently. His wife, Kyle, died of cancer on March 5th, 2009.

I did not know Oz was divorced. I remember back in the day he was asking prayer for his marriage.

I knew Tim was divorced and remarried.

I knew Robert had finally married.

@JeriRose2 Here's what I know and understand... Tim got divorced first and remarried Irene Kelly. Oz divorced next and remarried, of all things, a hooker. Now ex hooker who seems a bit immature. But she is HOT! Two of Roberts kids were born BEFORE the mother was divorced and Michael is already engaged to another woman. RIP Kyle. Now I am not one to judge but man, do these christians know how to rock or what??!!

So what happened to Oz's and Tims wives? I know Tim is remarried but I wonnnnder what happened??? Oz also does not seem happy there with the wifes statements.

Robert and Michael are still married and Roberts wife is gorgeous in case no one has ever seen her.
