JUST WENT ON GOOGLE AND FOUND THIS ( I just put in gary moore sude in german court ) A German court has ordered former Thin Lizzy guitarist Gary Moore to pay damages after ruling the guitar solo in his 1990 hit "Still Got the Blues" had been plagiarized from a German song written in 1974.
A court in the southern city of Munich said on Wednesday the solo in Moore's song was too similar to the one in "Nordrach" by the band Jud's Gallery not to have been copied .
I agree with a lot of the other comments. i have seen gary moore and have found to be very rude and un-connected with the audience and extremely rude. it was like he didnt know what day it was.
im in a band right now, and if i make it big i will be playing for my entertainment but if ppl come up to me wanting to talk and discuss guitar and things im not gonna blow them off :) maybe go jam with them
yes he seemed a nice lad . unlike gary moore who just told us all to fuck off and go home he said i play for me not you lot if you dont like it fuck off . thats our garry a total twat
like the others i saw gary moore at leeds he was shit he seemed piss up is playing was shit . on the other hand buddy was very good i was glad i saw him but sorry i saw gary the twat moore
@yorksfarmer I agree with a lot of the other comments. i have seen gary moore and have found to be very rude and un-connected with the audience and extremely rude. it was like he didnt know what day it was.
i saw gary moore at the gig with Buddy Whittington. body was realy good gary moore was crap and rude to the fans and the reas of the band . he even told the bass player to fuck off 3 times the man is a twat
@yorksfarmer Well the twat is dead now. But we still got buddy. RIP gary despite ur character flaws. Buddy, lose some goddam weight or you'll be gone too soon too!
who is the guy thats with Buddy playing rythm, he's a fair old widdler. I saw Gary Moore for the first time at Manchester Apollo and agree with the other comments, he was not anywhere as good as I had thought live.
Newcastle Evening said on 21 4 2009 Maybe it was just the sound. All night Moores three-piece backing band were struggling for a voice. Moore himself, a fabulous technician who let the pyrotechnics just bury the songs and the all-important subtlety.Five tracks in you didnt know whether to clap, cry mercy, or dive for cover. just what i saw so it was not just leeds
I saw him on sunday he was very good, alot better than gary moore who he was supporting at leeds, it is the 4th time i have seen gary moore and the worst, he seemed self indulgent as if he was playing for his self, the rifts were going on far too long, at one time 17min and seemed completly pointless, he never introduced the band, .
i still dont know who they are? at one point he says i havent paid to see you, you have paid to see me and shut the fuck up, and nobody knew why. I would be interested to know what anybody else who was there thought of it.
me and the folk i was with usally buy t-shirts and programmes but i thought he could get stuffed i was not spending any more money on him. I first saw him in 1979 playing with thin lizzy and i have got all his uk albums, i feel upset he behaved this way
I thought gary Moore was too self indulgant too !! he shouted at the bloke cos he asked for "Still in love with you " !! Great guitarist but that is the worst show i've seen him do. Arrogant tosser
Total agreement mate, was at Cambridge Corn Exchange last night.Buddy was great,Mr Moore however wasexactly as you say self indulgent! Shame really, first time i have got to see him and probably the last.He didnt engage the crowd!!
the best of all for me !I send him an email from France & he answered as if I knew him all my life !unbelievable that guy is really the coolist & the real king of guitar !I place him before Clapton even I dont like to compare ,but according to his talent he should have ten millions more recognition from the masses
I see him at the keys lounge all the time. Hes gonna be there this month. I learned alot from watching his picking style. Hes such a cool guy. I start watching clips of him to hear his guitar playing but, then i hear him sing and forget how good of a singer he is. damn his voice has as much soul as his guitar playin.
funny how alot of the people responding to this video think its just some dude down the local club. this guys filling claptons shoes and what a job he does
your comments are repetitive to the point of redundancy, and boring to boot. get a new shtick. players that can be out of control, like allman buddy guy, buchanan, at times sound like shit
Yeaah his a boss, i saw him YESTERDAY NIGHT at Fribourg (Swizterland), I paid CHF 5.- (= $3) for the concert of my life. Well actually it was a John Mayall's concert, but Buddy was more present. Wonderful. Forever in my mind. Peace niggas
I'm glad you liked him and got to see him!!! BUT... pleeze lose the "niggas" CRAP! Intelligent folks here in the States anyway DON'T talk like that! Save it for other places. I'm not taking a shot at you! It was just discouraging for someone who's 21 and from Switserland to talk like that. :(
lol, hey man, i know that, i was just fooling around, i know you don't speak like "i ain't got no shit, nah mean?" stuff, but as hip hop music is all about that kind of language, i find it pretty funny. oh btw, i'm 17, just don't know why i said i was from 1987.
