What is the brand name, and well an alcoholic wipe will do the same thing. And yes you can disinfect your hairbrushes and combs. And now you can do the same for your toothbrush. But with the price of a toothbrush, just toss them out ever few days.

I agree it wouldn't work. UV can kill germs etc., but it'd have to be pretty strong, strong enough you wouldn't want it pointed at you like that. But, whatever, if it makes some serious germophobe feel better it's probably better than putting on that disinfectant hand stuff 10-20x a day like I've seen some people do.

because UV light doesnt hurt anything. Also, we cant SEE UV light so it wouldnt be cyan colored.

we can't see UV light, but we can see other colors that a UV bulb produces. However, decontamination by exposure to UV light needs at least 10 minutes exposure time, not 2 seconds. And if it were a powerful enough UV to sterilize, then it wouldn't be safe to be around because it would also irradiate the user.
