  • great!

  • First the critic! If you get a tin of T&L Syrup take the lid off and pour it out, preferably on a pancake or toast so you dont waste it.

You will notice the real syrup moves quite a bit slower, so I suggest cranking up the drag force strength to slow down the particles. Other than that its perfect, the materials colouring etc Great work!

  • Looks like honey.

  • looks more like honey

  • Looked a bit weird to me. It had the texture of syrup but the consistency of jam.

    Still pretty awesome though

  • Cool animation but it looks more like Honey then syrup.

  • IT'S ALIVE!! ;]

  • Wheres my pancakes ^3^

  • ITs Orange FLubber!

  • you have clearly never seen real golden syrup...

  • looks like marmalade the way it drops in clumps

  • Who's gonna clean that up?

  • @CubePlex the computer progam that simulated this

  • с каустикой переборщил =)

  • Good

  • Yummy!

  • IT LOOKS SO REAL! Great job!

  • The syrup glows a bit too much and doesnt quite stick enough to the container. Otherwise perfect.

  • when you actually pour a tin of syrup, it takes alot longer to actually come out, as syrup is quite dense in mass. What I always do when doing these simulations is try to perform it in real life first and record what happens, then use the timing from the video and match it to the simulation. Looks really tasty though!

  • as fantafreak said it broke up, but even at room tempriture of about 20 to 25 degrees C, syrup does not pour like that, i should know, i love it on my porrage :P

  • That was damn cool, the only "flaw" is that the syrup breaks up as if it was jello. Syrup flows rather than break, so if you fix that, it's a perfect 10/10 animation

  • i want to eat it

  • nom nom nom

  • It Should Of Been More Thick :) And Stringy :).

    Nice Tho.

  • more like a jello to me. :)

  • I want pancakes

  • Everything looks good expect that syrup itself is not sticky enough. Materials, lighting and rendering were really good.

  • I wish syrup would come out tht easy, nice one.

  • @TheFireboy699 Shhh itss just come out of the microwave.

  • i like it... lightning and materials are very good .. but the can is full of it.. and when it is spilled on table, it looks that it could be much more of it in the can

  • That syrup has quite a high viscosity for syrup.

  • nice materials and lightning! but the syrup looks like it's alive! : P

  • @bluetorch13 it is :S :D

  • looks like honey

  • viskas cia zjb gaidziai jus nx lenkai pidarai

  • It's very good, but i would call it honey instead.

  • the composition and the ibl/lighting are very good... i like it.

  • The syrup behaves like it's far too attracted to itself. More flow, less Jell-O.

  • that dont look like syurp

  • mmmm...lyles

  • Looks too jelloy

  • thats really good, the liquid is perfect although the can is too slippery

keep up the good work (:

  • Thats really good!

  • WOW

  • It looks really crappy up inside the can. Stuff is jiggling all over inside.

It doesnt stick to itself enough.

  • Hey, pretty good! I think a little too gelatinous (NOT too runny). The material seems close, but the pour itself looks a little funny. Well, experiment!

  • AWFSUM

  • thats great job you did amigo. any way you can give me some tipes? :) gracias

  • it looks more like honey..

  • yummmm... :p Great Job!!!!Love it

  • This is very very good. Nice job

  • no, lol, it looks like its a little runny, thats all

  • did you put it in a microwave or something?

  • Wow, totally nice job there

  • Id put that on my piece(sandwich) anyday!

  • That is SO cool.

  • Really good. Looks like syrup ;) , and the render is great! Keep up the good job

  • Great job!

  • VERY nice. The tint could have been a tad bit darker (like dark amber maple syrup) but the physics is the main focus. It looked good nonetheless.

  • jizzeroni

  • very nice work getting the setttings right

  • it looks very realistic, but the syrup was coming out of the jar and the jar was still almost upright, but once it came out, and was on the ground, it was insane man

  • it take time. post a vid now with an example of your best 3d studio max skills. and post one in 6 months and see how different they will be.

  • water in 3d max is very hard this guy used a program that calculates how the fluid goes.

ive tried it even with this program "realflow" it fkking hard to make liquid stuff.

but 3d max isnt the program to realy model and animate a wave.

im not realy a pro in 3d max but ive got lessons from my school so i know a thing or 2 but im not close to expert yet XD..

  • Like the quality

  • Awesome!

  • kinda looks like honey

  • that was nice..

  • This was amazing, the textures were great, the lighting was phenomenal, but real syrup is a big thicker than that. Great anyways.

  • nice ..

  • that was perfect, good job!
