No one really knows. It appears that it might have been a favor to the woman who he's yelling at. Maybe a charity event or something? He says, "You asked me to do this..." which implies that it's not a normal voice-over job.

Sadly, I only have ever had this audio "chunk" and have no idea what the larger job was.
