@katanasephiroth in FF Dissidia you can get alternate looks for characters and instead of use command play you actally control where your character goes but you can choose to use the original game mode. also you can buy new battle areas and characters to play as, plus you can play as your favorite villains except for chaos, and as an added bonus, there are two new characters, one from XI and the other from XII, these are the real major differences between Dissidia and the original games.

It's pretty much the English version, in Japanese. The only difference is you can choose between English and Japanese Audio and supposedly new attacks, but they just might be the 'new' ones from the English version. x3

And the number of character and stages remain the same.
