I listen to a lot of rap music, mostly Christian and underground stuff. I would say personally that all the rap music that appears on the radio is crap. Sadly that's what people hear and consider rap. Honestly though you can find examples of low quality in many genres of music. I disagree with your blanket statement that rap as a whole sucks, and that rappers are unintelligent. The people you are describing in the video however, do suck.
