@ahd9596 You can't really say one os better than the other, if you're on a close quarters map, like Bootleg, MP5 is better since the recoil doesn't affect you as much and at close/medium range maps like Seatown or Underground, UMP45 is better since it's more accurate

If you want a long range SMG go with the MP7 or an Assault Rifle, and if you want a good SMG overall go with the PP90M1

Then P90 is good for multiple engagments (Groud War)

And PM-9 is good for stealth actions (S&D)

i honestly dont like kick on this gun... i prefer attachments with a suppressor and a red dot sight

perks i love for this gun are SOH, Quickdraw and stalker.... you are a much harder target to hit because of stalker.. and it just seems like a ton of fun to be sprinting and jumping around corners ADSing when you hit the ground and retaining most of the speed to stay alive

I have to agree with @Drift0r on this one. I levelled this gun up to gold, and in one match it could be like a Space Laser of Death, and in the next match it could be a BB gun shooting slightly warm air with no effect at all. After watching this I suspect this is caused by the weird damage drop over range

I love the MP5, the MP5 was my first gold gun and was the first gun I used once create a class was unlocked because it was the weapon I felt most comfortable with. I used it and got it gold before I unlocked the ACR and G36C, once I unlocked these they are all I used.

The slow rpm i believe is the Germans compensation for a more deadly gun. The kick is not servere and if you have a faster rpm, i believe that the kick would be higher, along with gun weight. German engineering is very precise. Just use the PSG-1 on Blops and youll see. It translates from German to English as "Precision Shooter Rifle"

@paolomoonman The silencer does not reduce damage. Rather it reduces the range that it takes for your guns to drop to their minimum damage. Thus, silencers only change effective range. Also they reduce muzzle flash which makes iron sights easier to use.
