  • awesome fighting

  • *o* :SSSSSS :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD lol yeah forever kung fu

  • Ready for punch ? HAH! FOOLED YA ITS A KICK TROLOLOL

    1:00

  • Real shit! this how need to fight heal yeaaaaa

  • must learn MUST LEARN

  • Those guys can take a Punch

  • eu pratico sanshou

  • sanda is the champion of martial arts.

  • liindooo'

  • LUTAM MUITO!

  • Any Download Links to the mp3?

  • good video that gives a good exampe of what sanda is

    but shitty music

  • I used to do Sanda... It's a really awesome sport! And it is totally different from normal kickboxing. I am taking on a kickboxer in a match monday ;) I'll show him the grace of martial art and the skills I have developed. RIP Sifu. This victory will be for you.

  • I am glad to see the real SANDA here, yes, it's all real SANDA. PUNCH+KICKS+TAKE DOWN SKILLS, Murray Thai has less kicks skills but they fight with elbow and knee. SANDA is a sport version of KungFu but elbow is not allowed even traditional KungFu does. And Murray Thai doesn't have takedown skills, that's the difference between both. But people in UFC think Murray Thai is useful because not many people know KungFu has sport version which is SANDA

  • @michaelwei1989 I think that the people in the ufc know well about sanda. And also think that "Murray Thai" does not have any take down skill because Murray Thai does not exist. Muay thai thought has some exellent takedowns from the clinche... I agree sanda has more takedowns and sometimes also good judoka compete....

but sanda cannot cover the clinch game of muay thai neither the grappling of bjj....

  • @samuraihc13 Are you kidding me, Murray Thai is the best version! Invented by a dude called Murray.

  • @MrSextory Ojalá te haya ido muy bien hermano. Saludos desde México.

Yo también soy practicante de sanda.

  • Man I wish I had time to train in a martial art again. These guys are killer.

  • Two black dudes got one hit Ko'd!

  • way better the boxing!!!!!!!

  • I'd love to learn Sanda.. Too bad it's hard to find a teacher in the US..

  • i met people with different backgrounds who enter in sanda, people with boxing, wrestling, judo, kick boxing, karate, muay thai , taekwondo, and other forms of kungfu backgrounds i love sanda it is a good sport

  • it's so cool!. It's like the real life WWE.

  • is it just me? or basically what i see is juijutsu, muay thai and judo mix together. or correct me if I'm wrong.

  • @jb137719 no jiu jitsu

  • Fuck all this TDK and Kickboxing bullshit. If you want fighting, learn Sanshou.

  • 1:25 haha got your foot *punch*

  • btw these fighters are gr8 and have respect for each other unlike americans ufc the coach has to punch one of the fighter to stop him from beating someone who already lost a fight rofl

  • sanda is one of the most realistic fighting style which means u can use in street fights because its composed of chinese kickboxing and wrestling

  • Nice job Man . Nice video . I train kicboxing myself but Sanda is just great .

  • @ 0:53 what a punch

  • Practico Kyokushinkaikan karate, y debo decir que me encanta tengo pensado practicarlo algun dia xD saludos y respeto.

  • 1:47 ..... NOW TAT IS A KICK MY FRIENDS!

  • Muy bueno!

  • Sanda is awesome and works very well in MMA as well.

  • I teach a system called Clear Combat Fighting System. San Shou has influenced my system. But we go a few steps into submissions from the stand up, to the ground.

  • is it just me or is the one in black getting pwned every time?

  • @kmtatyou wahahahah its not just u))))

  • does anyone know the name of the song? (it's awesome). and so is the video btw.

    xx

  • this is some awesome stuff! seems to be even better then muay thai! but NOT better then muay thai and MMA i think.

  • Thai and chines we have relationship so long time,Every year we sent muay thai fighter to fight in chines in sanda rule ,and sanda fighter come to thailand too, but use sanda rule again ,Who not open minded guys ?

  • @Saraphol007 yea my teacher teach muay thai and sanda mix . awesome striking art

  • @Saraphol007, not quite a Sanda rule. It was a mixed rule. Some moves are not allowed from each side.

  • im glad that im going to china in 2 weeks and learning this during a stay in a kung fu school! it looks so good

  • ježiš

  • kung fu ?

lool this looks focking nice sort of kickboksing karate stuff.

    looks very nice man! (L)

  • @namelesssnitchy it's a different type of kung fu... there's many types if u didn't know. Same with karate...

  • @vkmicro okee:P i think thats weird but okee XD

  • @namelesssnitchy xDDD yah when i hear a word Kung Fu i htink of some dumb sh1t to. actually i have NOT heard of kung fu and samba untill 2 days ago when my friend sent me this video and told me that this is some awesome stuff LOL

  • LAVNA

  • this is sick.. i train in muay thai myself but i think this is just amazing.. ive always wanted to do this

  • Sanda is awesome :D

  • ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS... BAM!!!

  • Sanda is for street mostly, the rules are TAKE YOUR OPPONENT DOWN IN 3 SECONDS OR LESS, which means that is not gonna be a freakin grappling match

  • People BEAT People....let martial arts out of it..

  • I love Human Weapon for showcasing this :D

  • holy shit xD these guys are awesome

  • Shot up, did you forget who invented martial arts?

  • @TheAndrekks

Well, Pankration is often called the Grandfather of Martial Arts, so you could say the Greeks invented it.

  • could someone please tell me the name of this song!!!

  • Asians=killing machines

  • @TheAndrekks Yeah right! That's why in real mma like former Pride or UFC they always loose.

  • chinese mixed martial arts right there

  • @cravala why mixed?

  • @novepe because it borrowed techniques and training methods from many different styles of chinese martial arts

  • @superbaub its all kung fu, ye I know there's many different styles of it. But its sanda, the sports version of kung fu. Every fighter has his own peculiarity based on his style. But I guess its all kung fu. I wouldnt say mixed martial arts, I do understand what you are trying to say. I just think thats not the best term here

  • UN SALUDO A TODOS LOS

    ATTE.

    FEDERACION MEXICANA DE SANDA

    TIJUANA, MEXICO

  • Looks good

  • Nice!

  • i am starting today...it seems great and powerful fighting I liked the wrestling moves

  • AGUANTE EL SANDA! HACE UN PAR DE MESES LO EMPESE A PRACTICAR Y ESTA MUY BUENO!

  • Sorry, im brazilian

  • i love sanshou, its a great sport and a very good self defence, everyone just think about bjj and muay thai nowadays, but if they were open minded they would see the power of sanda.

  • @TheAndrekks defense spelled it wrong just saying

  • @TheAndrekks i prefer them not to see it... so we sanda fighters have the advantage of the surprise effect!!!

i love how sanda fighters always beat muay thai fighters in the tournaments

  • @TheAndrekks Mixed martial artists could definitely benefit from training side kicks more instead of just focusing on Thai round kicks.

  • @TheAndrekks Yes.. they forget about the power of Sanda, Judo, Eskirma, and much, much more..

  • @TheAndrekks no they dont know sand a and the people ur talking about is ONLY americans and americans r ignorant so what can u expect?

  • @amessenger4god78 americans are not ignorant, your ignorant, so there :P

  • @PolymathX umadbro?

  • @TheAndrekks Sanshou is actually really powerfull with BJJ. I know, I get my ass kicked everyday by someone who does both. :)

  • @TheAndrekks I see your point about sanada or san shou. The only problem is that it is not offered as much or as in many place such as muay thai and bjj

  • hehqr

  • extra,trop trop bon..... :-)

  • guys i want to find the lyrics of the song, if anyone know it plz, tell it to me :)

  • this is awesome. all these guys gotta do is learn a bit of bjj and they are great. i rekon they would clean up in mma if they knew ground fighting. they know how to work the inside better

  • do you resist if a 80 kg man crushes you on the ground with the shoulder ? :) answer me please

  • All UFC fighters start with something else, is not right to say that it can match up. A Sanda guy in a fight can beat a UFC fighter.

  • hay

what is the name from the song?^^

  • alot of wrestling is uesed in sanda

  • 1:02 now that looks painful

  • what is the name of this song?

  • Sanda is probably a good base for fighting while standing in MMA.

  • @Flyingtart sanada is good for mma there is throw and takedowns similar to wrestling and judo

  • what the name of the song in this video?

  • cung le was a san saou champ who now fights in mma

Pois requer tecnica e equilibrio... Adoro este esporte....

  • lol i just saw 2 black guys get wooped...... damm this is crazy

  • they dont give a shit, and they just go go go!

  • Love it and did it, shame there is none group in my town.

  • lol it was kool

  • is this martial art an original kung fu style, or is it something that was created in this century? Because it looks a lot like mixed martial arts.

  • In the 1980s, the Chinese government mixed all the best and proven Kung fu styles into a single style of fighting, and called it Sanda. it is the most modern hybrid of Kung fu. The moves and theories are the same as back in the day, but they are all mixed together and wear gear and fight full out. The only thing is that you can't use Kung fu's ground fighting and they put rules to the fighting.

  • @mrdhk93 It's both traditional and non traditional and originally used by the chinese military. Some of those traditional style required years of developing chi and the military didn't have time for that so they modified kung fu and named it sanda.

  • @mrdhk93

There is no original Single style of kung fu. Like people already mentioned Sanda is kind of a mixture of many different Chinese styles. The grappling and wrestling aspects are derived from shui jiao (chinese wrestling) and the striking aspects are composed of various other stand up arts such as Choy li fut, and Northern style kicks.

One of the biggest differences between Sanda and traditional Kung fu is the training methods. Sanda fighters do forms but also regularly spar.

  • OMG I AM SCARED!!!!!

  • spettacolo sanda

  • For the "which style is best" discussion: There is no stronger/weaker style, there are just more/less experienced fighters.

As Bruce Lee did say: There is no best fighting style...there is a just a fighting style that is the most suitable for you.

And -considering ppls various physical appearances, sizes, weights- this best style differs from person to person:)

  • I am proud to be Sanda fighter:P

  • powerful, efective in real live, what else i can say????

  • @TheAvion85 There is nothing more you can say:D:D:D

  • There is no song with the name Richard Hairz-Up!!

  • SAN SHOU LO MEJOR.

  • What's the name of the song. I searched Richard Haitz on YouTube and i found nothing i was looking for, please help me.

  • @slim240293 Look on CD Baby for Richard Haitz song "UP"

  • Jajaja!! You didn't see to cung le. That was an example of sanda in UFC. Kicking ass!!!

  • iste en gercekci dovus stili, yeahhh.

  • this is cool and all but i hate how its called the most hardcore kung fu form. its not even close. like mma its a sport unlike many of the deadly kung fu forms

  • aguante el sanshou

    lo mejor del planeta

    aguante el kun fu

  • karateka would cry..:D

  • Sanda is part of Wushu. Wushu is split up in Toalu and Sanda! Toalu are the forms well known by Jet Li! Sanda is the full contact form of Wushu! It started some 30 years ago when several wushu masters where joined by the chinese government to create a defensive style for the Chinese army! Sanda is the civilian form, It includes, punching, kicking, kneeing and trowing! And the military form includes also choking and ground activity!

  • I don't have much martial arts experience, I've recently started to learn Muay Thai for about two weeks, and I was wondering if Sanda also uses the throws from Judo, as shown in the video. :/

  • Sanda uses a lot of techniques which are also used in other MAs. I don't know wheter they are really from those other arts or if they were already being used in the "fore-styles" of sanda. So some of those Takedowns/Throws might be just like techniques from judo. (Just like a lot of those kicks i know from TKD)

  • @YoungBloodIsBack

It's not Judo. It's Shui Jiao or CHinese wrestling. Look it up on youtube.

  • leuk
