Maikst96, he/she is referring to an earlier comment you made, I think he/she is dumb about engine because every engine can over rev, and if they do...not good, thrown rods, exploded pistons, bearings losing their balls, endless...
I'm fully aware that over-revving causes complications. I've blown a motor or two. i do agree though with the uploader that it's all in good fun. If you got the scratch, why not send the old engine out with a bang?
I guess people dont understand the idea of a hobby grade r/c car. They are there to make how you want them and have fun the way you want. Its a hobby because you put money into them to have fun. If someone wants to strip there gears and have fun then have fun and do it! Liked the video man. I'm the same way. I have rebuilt the trans on my brushless evader 3 times already with my new battery. I have only charged it twice. Whats that telln you? :)
@maikst96 the jato don't top i smashed it a couple of times having to replace parts ,ask someone how the revo stops on here they will let you know .4x4 will turn better handle better i don't think the revo is not much slower .like to get a 4x4 rc
@maikst96 Revo's a lot tougher than the Jato. You'll be replacing things less often on it. Jato's also a LOT faster though, so higher speeds= Higher Impact. If you take out the two-speed transmission and replace it with a 1-speed, the Jato only hits about 45 (which is still damn quick) but you'll break less shit.
@RomanovBuck The thing is that I want to sell my jato because there is a place (on grass) in which I drive very often my rc car and the car hits against the floor every time. I need a higher car and i was thinking about the revo because it has traction in four wheels, reverse, two stearingservos ... i dont now what to do.
now I have the jato for a year and driving at high speeds is not a problem. the first day I drove the car I smashed against a car haha. i hope u can help me out
@maikst96 Easiest method is the following: Do a wide mod on the Jato first. Get wider A-Arms. RPM makes some solid sets.
Second, get bigger tires. Pro-Line makes an awesome set called the Trencher, that's a 3.8 inch tire. If your car bottoms out on a set of 3.8 Trenchers, you're doing something terribly wrong.
Lastly, get stiffer suspension. Your car's probably bottoming out because the stock suspension isn't designed to take the kind of landings you're doing. Stiffer Springs!
@maikst96 So you're telling me the uploader's a lollipop bottom, that if you make your engine go fast enough it actually slows down, and that motor pistons have the ability to break ANYTHING?!
I want one that is so bad aaaaaassssss
