Menotauro91 i agree with papa I've been training under Jay Dennis Relson Gracie since 2000 have trained with most of Relson's top guys from Daniel, Phil, Robin, Rick & Phil, All of them are black belts now and my best advice is train hard and don't worry about the color of your belt you will get promoted when the time is right. It takes about 1 to 2 years of hard training and dedication.Your instructor will give it to you when you are ready. So, train hard. Go to all the classes that you can. Spar with as mny guys as you can. Dont be afraid to tap. Everybody TAPS!

When you get that next level belt. It will feels much better to have worked hard over that long period of time and earned it also the accomplishment is much more worthy of its integrity of that belt. I hope this answered your question.

Damn! Even Daniel Moraes was there! 2 black belts plus the new one! Sweet. I wouldn't be surprised if Phil Cardella was there! How many black belts do you guys have at that academy? The new Relson Gracie Team Gis are sick!

Yes...a lot of Relsons top guys were there. We have now 9 black belts under Relson on Oahu. They are not all at the main academy...some have their own schools butthey are allRelson racie black belts.
