im making a snowboard video for my graduation project and i was wondering how you did this becuz i wanted to do this for the opening sequence for one of my riders.

you will need atleast photoshop and premiere or finalcut. after effects will help alot. you go though the clip and export the fame for each part where you want the still. bring it in to photoshop and give it a green background. then if you have after effects you can motion track it to make it look more real or how i did it is you keyframe it in premiere of finalcut.

@somerockenguy yeah i have adobe premier pro cs3 and photoshop cs4 but not after affects. i think i will be able to do it but itll just take alot of time
