  • Upset over lack of souls being sold in exchange for talent and fame, Satan decided it was time to roll out budget priced amps and effects. Including a line in the manual, "by using this amp/guitar/pedal you agree to the following: 1) You will not bitch about it being cheaply made 2) Satan gets your soul when you die (and reserves the right to come get you early if you complain about his products on Amazon or other places that allow you to rate/review items purchased)."

  • sounds great

  • haha his face from 1:35 to 1:45 made me lol

  • @hunty11 I felt the same ja ajaj :D !!!!!!!!

  • he looks a bit perverted

  • 0:56 -- His face...

  • Why ain't you playing a Behringer guitar? HA HA!

  • LOL...

    Guitar fail @ 0:56

  • How apt that a guy who sounds like Kermit is playing a green pedal...

  • WAUW .. that tone is just .. awful

  • 1:35

this guy looks totally stoned uosahose :D

  • THe only good thing about the whole thing is the Parker PM20, too much guitar for that crappy amp.

  • His face

    Kermit the frog??

  • failed guitar player

  • Only Satan himself could hit that harmonic at the end. I'm calling Charlie Daniels.

  • OMG The video response! You did it again! Uncontrollable Laughter even though I am sick coughing my ass off.

  • kinda like kermit.

  • notice how he doesn't act really exited about the pedal, just shows what it's good for.

this is how a guy looks, when he promotes a 40bucks crap pedal while playing a ibanez ts808 or boutique pedal at home xD

  • Tune up!

  • Behringer is the biggest shit of the world. Don't buys that shit!!!!!!!

  • scary...

  • This is a short yet decent demo, since from the start the guy lays out a simple but very important amp related aspect using a clean channel then distorted one, which are huge factors in the sound(s) a pedal is going to produce, and I don't see many reviewers doing this. Most other reviews of pedals are extremely narrow in their scope or rather they just stomp the pedal on-off-on-off. Incidentally, the guitar in this video sounds kinda like a toy, it's actually rather silly sounding, but okay.

  • fuck behringer and fuck bugera. all of their stuff is shit

  • @sk8monster112 easly not, my bugera gives peavey , marshal and mesa a run for their money.

  • @CemetaryGatesML while i do admit that bugera sounds good (all bugera products are copies of mesa/peavey/marshall amps) i shouldve been more clear and said bugeras quality is shit. they make great sounding, budget amps but ive been through 4 bugera amps, owning each for less than a week before it broke down. bugera sound = great, bugera quality = substandard

  • @sk8monster112 thats true, they do reseble other famous amps, but bugera amps have a little bit more bells and whisles to them. like a noise gate, active or passive pickup options, and boosting the low end or boosting volume etc. as for quality, you must have ouned thoes 4 bugera in the early days of their existance were thet had problems, my 333xl has been working perfect for over a year now

  • @sk8monster112 like i love the sound of a mesa duel rec but i couldent aford one, even used it was 1400$ for the head and 600$ for a cab. i just dident have the money to blow so easly. so i turned to bugera, for 850 $ i bought a 333XL 2x12 combo ( used ) and a 4x12 extention cab ( new ) with the footswitch . for 850. i can even get a mesa, for 850 could of bought a marshall jcm 2000 1x12 (used) with a new set of tubes. what realy is the best bang for the buck for a musican who goes on stage

  • they say you the devil because they are envy, and works for other companies that produces other pedals, that's why they say satan, don't worry about.

  • you the devil! YOU THE DEVIL!

  • Falling outta my chair with laughter! You all are way too funny! Kermit's evil twin!

  • @bluez7kat Go listen to Joe Bonamassa..HE sounds like kermit the frog

  • this guy is stoned!

  • How mutch?...im geting one now!

  • This guy reminds me of Ashton Kutcher and then Satan.

  • I don't know why these demos are always done on huge stack amps like that, when most people who would be buying this type of pedal only have a small 10w transistor amp. Kind of misleading.

  • I bought one of these and immediately went to Radio Shack , bought a new metal housing and switch for it. (MXR style) but a little bigger , Rewired everything (SWITCH, INPUT/OUTPUT) . 2 hours later I had a dependable pedal and it only cost me $7.50 for the upgrade. This thing should now last a lifetime. I wont have to worry about the plastic breaking and i'm only into it $35.

  • Gees, this guy is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! - can't stand to watch him. Good bye then !!

  • why the fuck does this guy always look from left to right whilst playing and talking, is he gonna get anal fisted if he doesn't play? Kermit's devil brother sure has issues

  • why the fuck does this guy always look from left to right whilst playing and talking, is he gonna get anal fisted if he doesn't play? Kermit's devil brother sure has issues

  • Kermit the frog anyone????

  • i like that mario coin noise at the end

  • the devil is trying to tempt us to buy behringer products !!!

  • this guy looks like the devil.

  • Maybe its just me, but if you have a tube amp, why would you buy an overdrive pedal that emulates tube overdrive? Drive the amp. I'm not saying it isnt useful for solo boost, but I don't understand why people get them as their primary source of overdrive.

  • It makes it go to 11

  • The best for the price!!! Sounds pretty good at all, an honest overdrive pedal, close your eyes and use the ears to judge, this is the best method...

  • Search YouTube for Gjika Mini Amp. It is a real powertube distortion pedal! Rare find!

  • I bet this guy has a joint above his ear.

  • LOL

  • 1:36-1:43

  • This guy reminds me Satan. ._.

  • same.... :P

  • yea but his voice reminds me of ray romano.

  • @soulfly12333 Ahahahaha :D

  • @soulfly12333 if thats satan he sounds wierd.

  • @soulfly12333 The one from South Park? I know what you mean.

  • What should i get? This or a Ibanez ts-7?

  • ts7 probably has a better circuit, but dont just listen to me, do some comparisons because this sounds pretty good

  • ibanez!!!

  • @uffelykkekristensen maxon od-820 :D if you got the cash

  • uhhhhh ummmm

  • i bet he doesn't even play on behringer pedals at home or with the band.

  • nice one mate...lol

  • When I need extra boost, I have a shot of Jack Daniels!

  • hahahahaaa....nice one mate

  • I have 2 Behringer pedals - a floor tuner and a Delay and I love 'em. I keep the Delay in my fishing gear and use it as a sinker and I use the floor tuner as a sanding block. Can't find any other uses for them....

  • @SmokeyBC

the delay is pretty nice for the price you pay, its a lot like a boss dd3 but for 1/4 of the price, so if you dont use delay a lot it is good

  • Yet another tube screamer knock off

  • And this one dominates, buddy. Best $30 youll ever spend

  • He's gonna smoke it - 'cause its green.

  • Just say no to cocaine or Meth, kids.

Lol ~ I love shredder douchebags like this guy. He would like to act like the older vintage vibe and guitar playing is a kinda a joke. Like he thinks its easier than his craptastic metal.

Vintage players > cheesy metal-heads that never left the 80's.

  • Yup, and in with the vintage players that never left the 70s.

I know it sounds really cuntish of me, but the thing is, in quite a lot of aspects rock and blues is quite a bit easier than metal. And this is coming from a rock and blues fan here, who doesn't really like metal. :)

  • @sooperkula

That's because a lot of metal focusses on technique driven style.

On the other hand, to create something new and fresh within that given box is quite hard and special!

  • Metal is just faster. Blues and rock is about feeling, not technique, which is why metal guys can't play it...

  • exactly

  • Judging but the rest of his reviews, I think he's just slightly weird in general.

  • Yeah.... but "vintage" means also 50's 60's 70's, so what you want from old schools thrashers? Take this comparison and shove it up your ass... Anyone can play what he want!

  • the guy is like jack sparrow

  • EVIL GLARE lol.

  • dont waste your money on this shit, buy an old tube amp to get the old tube sound

  • the demo guy kinda scares me, and I'm not easily rattled! lol

This is probably the exact same circuit as a tube screamer, nothing wrong with that, it is one of the greatest pedals ever.

My tubescreamer costs 800 dollars though, it contains NOS germanium diodes that are wrapped in an Angels pussy hair.

I am available for weddings also I should mention

  • LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

  • lmfao i had to take a shower after that comment..holy shit..

  • @wolfhalen

your comment made my day, thank you

  • @wolfhalen this guy makes me laugh. At first he looks so bad ass and then when he talks its just not what you expect.

  • @wolfhalen yeah man, thats why you buy boutique. behringer use all Chinese parts, including the angel pussy hair.

  • @wolfhalen hahaha,best comment ever on youtube

  • damn it's a NIIICE pedal :o (it sounds SO good because of the amp i suppose ??)

  • i wish people demoing FX pedals would just use something that more people are likely to have like a Marshall DSL100 stack or something, cus i've never even heard of this amp... ive hear of bugera. but not the amp. then use a strat or a Les Paul, it just makes more sense to use something a little less expensive than a £2000 Bugera amp.

  • "a £2000 bugera amp" lol that was funny man.. bugera makes the cheapest tube amps ever

  • theyre designed to be a rip off of a Peavey 5150 and actually do it okish but its like, wow i sound a tin bit like that 5150 but it just isnt the same

  • No, that would be Peavey, check out the Windsor.

  • what are you referring to?

  • your comment about the bugera, cuz peavey has a really cheap tube stack, 100 watt all tube head and cab for just 400 bucks, and it sounds like a marshall

  • oh yea I know about it... but my coment was responding to another guy who was complaining about the demo and how they shouldn't use a "2000$ bugera amp"... which is a dumb comment since bugera make cheap amps... But I know about the ValveKing and the Windsor

  • dude thats a £400 pound amp bugera are cheap good tube amps

  • owned some behringer pedals, but can't get my sounds right..don't know about this one,but I will give it a try,its cheap anyway..

  • i kind of aaaaa....the sound like aaaaaa.... the drive aaaa.... hahaha

Very good video, I love vintage sounds and effects, actually, this effect make me remember Jimmy Hendrix!

    from Brasil !

  • i was watching another review and it mentioned that it "makes your tube amps sound different"... does it have to be used on tubes?? Thanks

  • I've played this pedal at my friends house. It's great actually, great for blues! It sounds like a real tube... Only minus is the construction, which is plastic. I don't get it why Behringer don't make their pedals from metal... :(

  • their plastic is lighter, and the way i see it, just as durable as any plastic pedal ive used. it also keeps the cost down.

  • sorry, i meant to say as durable as any metal pedal ive used. my mistake xD

  • hey doesnt it sound very good? I think it's very tube like. i like it

  • This pedal sounds pretty good for the price actually, but I bet that it'll break in a month

  • worst review in the world

  • Regret right? wasting your money for Boss...ha..ha..ha...looser

  • Behringer doing what it does best, stealing good ideas and profiting from it, Recently sued by Roland Google Roland sues Behringer. At least they got the right salesperson (the devil) for this video to sell the souls of other reputable companies for them.... nice going Behringer, maybe someday you will come up with your own stuff instead of stealing everone elses.

  • Yes thats right because Asian companies don't rip off other companes. Chibanez anyone?

  • please, tell me you've never seen a strat copy before, quit bitching.

  • that guy is the best ive seen on world music supply. pretty nice petal

  • HAHA I got the same hair. :D

  • before i hear this. I HATE BEHRINGER!!! but after i hear this guy playing, i want to buy my own behringer

    :P

  • is this guy from hell?

cuz i definitely sure i read about him in the bible....... how a devil escaped from hell and came to earth....

  • Umm...on his face....is that a big muff? ok, maybe not that big, but it's definitely a muff!

  • Just bought it, but forgot to buy the 9 Volt battery, going back to the store ... lol :)

  • This is a great little pedal that has it's place. It is plastic but sounds pretty good. I bet most haters couldn't tell their $400 vintage 808 from this. For bedroom use and the price(about $28 delivered from the bay), it's a great pedal. I got one for my 10 year old for Christmas. I've got a bb+ and it doesn't sound $220 dollars better. I promise you.

  • sounds like hell of hendrix

  • i heardthey are gonna put this pedal in cereal boxes!!!!!

    Behringer RULES!!! ( sarcasm)

  • I love your review.

  • nice sound and overdrive!! i am going to buy it right now!! it rocks

  • good!!

  • This is a great back up pedal for the Maxon 808.

  • at least this guy can play...the other world music supply reviewers are useless

  • Muito bom o som deste pedal, também uso ele, consigo produzir com ele um som bem interessante

  • In english motherfucker

  • This guy s killing me smacking his lips every third word lol XD

  • lol didnt notice till you said sumpin went back and looked and i laffed.

  • Keep in mind he is using a tube amp here. But this sounds awesome!

  • finally someone who can play

  • All, i am new to electric guitar. Can anyone say , what is the use of Overdrive in electric guitar ????? What exactly is Overdrive ???? Because i feel distortion same as Overdrive.. What exactly is the difference between Overdrive & distortion ??? PLease help. Thanks in advance.

  • Overdrive, Distortion - same thing exept Overdrive has little bit less amount of Gain

Gain is the level of that "Crunchy" tone

  • overdrive is when a amp is so loud it breaks up but now you can buy pedals that do it so distortion and overdrive are basically the same thing now

  • Overdrive is essentially a less intensive distortion from memory.

  • And overdrive sounds more natural than distortion

  • i got a boss sd1, is it better then this?

  • How would this sound through a Solid State Amp and a distortion pedal?

  • it's not a distortion you dumbass. It's an overdrive, duh !

  • this or a boss SD-1?

  • Boss of Course

  • boss!

  • Boss is not always good. I find boss effects to be cold...

  • for example my ds-2 sucks with a SS amp, but with a tube amp it rocks!

  • =) I'm gonna get myself an EHX DMM (not sure yet.. cuz there is this Behringer DMM copy which seems to be nice but I doubt its sound is the same as DMM).

  • These sound good for the price. I only like it as a boost. Sounds kinda crappy used on the clean channel.

  • Most overdrives do .. because they are meant to over .. drive an amp. So using it on cleans is futile.

  • i like this better than "jason spencer from world music suppluuuuy"

  • pause at 1:41

  • hahahahaahaaaa!!!!!!!1

  • you have failed at putting large amount of '!' XD

  • This guy can put down some ferocious amounts of weed I bet.

  • hahah! I swear, this dude will kill you while you sleep with a huge bifta. Everyone of these videos he looks like he's walked out of an Amsterdam coffee shop, straight into a guitar shop.

  • i sometimes start to think that behringer steals the pedal designs from mxr, or boss.

  • Sounds like one of those Soundtank Tube screamers that Ibanez made of plastic and tried to sell in the 90s.
