@500bhpcossie sorry you misunderstood me. what i meant was that alonso coming out of the pitlane was off the racing line and would have been off to the left of the best line in the fast left right sequencel. instead of trrying to go round alonso, schumacher should have braked earlier, pulled it tight and just followed him up turn 2 and 3 in the slipstream and gone straight up the inside for turn 4

No! For the love of god no! The 2009 series had what, six race winners or something? It was great! Each weekend you sat down watching the tele wondering who would be the most competitive. Some weekends it was Brawn, others Red Bull, or even McLaren. Heck even Ferarri and Force India got a podium. And Toyota! And often there was less than a second seperating the top 10. Now THAT is great racing. I don't want to sit down to watch a race and know that Schumacher will win before it even starts.
