lol lebron won't get this reception and respect if he plays back in Cleveland, which is a bit unfortunate, because he gave them 7 years of winning (not the championship), but best records and brought the Cavs back to the map.
i would love for CB to come back to the pistons when he left we fell off big time but i like r team give r young guys atleast 2more year or next year we will be up dere we had a down season from all dem injuries we havent really got time to c the pistons unil the end of the season we mite not win a championship next year but i feel that the piston will least hit 6-8 seed next year
it was a good move by joe d coz number 1 billups is gonna become old anyways number 2 it made stuckey a better player and made him a permanate starter and now ben gordon and charlie villniwava gonna made detroit better and younger detroit for the 2010 ship
i really love this man he is my fav nba player for the reason he wins and nothing but that, also he is always treating people with respect, and is very classy on and off the court, u never hear his name when it comes to trouble, classy classy man
Best PG in the NBA all around. Never turns the ball over and plays great D.... Look at what he did to Chris Paul. He should still be a Piston. I would've traded RIP before CB1. Favorite player of all time.
big ben is a player that is good around other people and plays off them... he got big headed and thought he can get a pay raise of like 5 million and the pistons let him go
I know it's an old post, but that wasn't the only reason Ben left. The front office can be pretty stingy with money, supposedly. At times, they try too hard to stay under the luxury tax even when they were making bank, selling out every game. That was also partly the reason our bench was emaciated during the 05season. The money was there to be spent, but the front office was opposed to spending it if at all possible.
Damn do we ever need chauncey back. i always thought he was on of the best point gaurds in the NBA. Hopefully this trade pans out for detroit in 2010, but it would be nice if he was still around. BTW iverson sucks ass, im glad he's gone. GO PISTONS
Detroit Pistons need to make sure his number #1 is retired. No disrespect to Inverson but Dumars should not have let him wear that number this season.
like if u think when Chauncey retires.....they retire his number in detriot

Billups is a coach/leader. His focus on defense and winning reverberates through the team. That's what's made every team he's played for better.

Rip wanted to retire with Billups as backcourt mates. Shame...an AI gets to wear #1. That's just wrong.

i hated that ai for getting his number
