some people are just stupid,sea foem clean your engine,it smock because of carbon build up and the sea foem cleans it up.I use sea foem to and it work very well
You have a blown head gasket. Don't run it too much because it will burn up the pistons. Changing it ain't that bad if the engine did not get hot and warp the head you should be cool.
What size lift?

seafoam is used to clean your fuel injectors and can also be added to your oil
