@Dudedudemoney This looks like an m-audio drum pad midi controller - which on its own makes no sounds. It is hooked up to a virtual synth/DAW through a computer to trigger sounds that are programmed within the computer software you have. So you would need to get a virtual synth (e.g. Native Instruments produce good ones) or at least some samples to make sounds; also a DAW such as Ableton, Reason or Logic for recording purposes. For instant noise - get a Kaossilator Pro or Tenori-On!

@burchieboy @dudedudemoney - It's an Akai MPD24. Its merely a controller. The M-Audio is their version (Trigger Finger) or similar. He's most likely using Reason/Ableton/FL Studio of some sort for the samples and recordings, then using the controllers for sequencing and customizing, or merely using them to controll efx as well.
