  • How did you get everything to download so good? half of my downloads dont work.

  • The USRA 4-6-2's whistle sounds great! It would really fit a NYC J1 Hudson!

  • I hate the one it the end!

  • To all people asking about Trainz/MSTS:

My son was using my account to post his videos, but he s not been using it for a while now nor has he been playing with Trainz or MSTS.

I can ' t really answer questions about location of locomotives, whistles and other stuff as I don t anything about it but I can tell you that most of his whistles where added with a video editor (as mentioned) and the videos were posted a long time ago, hard to remember where the stuff comes from.

  • Do all these trains come with the game or do you have to download them?

  • @Dinosorable

He has gathered all the trains a while back so he will not know where they come from, however he s worth checking on aurans download station.

For another good place where some of these (probably) come from , type "Magandy Trainz Models" in google and you should easily find the site. I don t know how to post web addresses in youtube.

  • Very cool.Where are you have this Engines?

  • @tbms230

    @tbms230

It s been a while now I don t remember where I found them all, I get the engines from google searches but there are a couple of places where I ve found many.

One of them is the Auran download station, I ll send you a message with a link to another good place to get some trains.

  • how do you change the whistles??

  • @atomictrain513

I don t know how to change the whistles I only do that in the video using a video editor.

  • Oh, ok.

  • @atomictrain513

you do know how to change whistles now right?

  • @ Adam.

cdp are files used to distribute Trainz Content (like trains, scenery , etc).

Have a look at Auran's site. You ll find plenty for your version of trainz in the download station.

  • @ adam:

Download the trains (content) compatible with your version of "Trainz" , like from Auran download station and then double click on the ***.cdp files.

It should add the trains automatically.

  • whats ***.cdp file?

  • how do you add trainz?

  • @ Adam - It is Trainz 2006.

The whistle I ve added in a video editor (They re not ingame).

The trains are ingame but I ve added many of them myself.

You can download content for Trainz from many places on the net, a good place to start is Auran's Download Station.

Google is helpful to find what you want.

  • im trying to download that 4449 to my trainz simulator but i cant find it where should i look

  • @AaronandMitchellSHOW You should look at the Trainz Download Station. Search GS-4 with all the Trainz boxes checked. You should find the Daylight version as well as an American Freedom Train version. And just so you know, the engines don't have the same whistle in the video.

  • what i meant to say when i asked you my previous questiong i meant from the small scale railway co. website that is what i meant i wanted to know how you got those sounds in the game

  • Sorry, I Don't Know How to Add in Game Sounds with the Trainz Series.

I Can Only Put Sounds from CDP Packages.

  • well can you send someone the sounds?

  • We Could Find the Way to Send You Sounds, But to Put Them in Game You Would Need to Know How to Do It, And I Can't Help You with That as I Don't Know How to Do It. As I Already mentioned. I Only Add the Sounds in the Video.

  • look how big the light is on the southern pacific. not to scale

  • ... The Trainz edition featured here is "trainz 2006", I m not always sure which of the trains has been custom added nor where I got it from.

If it is possible to export the content and you tell me how to do it , I can try and do that and then I ll upload it so you can download it.

  • Let me explain something:

In some of these videos I ve changed the whistle sounds with sounds taken from other engines (MSTS or other sources) .

I used a video editor to to add the sounds in those cases.

Sorry if I caused confusion but that was not my intention...

  • are those trains ackully in the game is it ackully the 2000 game?

  • ware did you get these trains and wisttles? pleese respond.

  • that is odd i looked but they are not on there well the ones that you said were from the custom

  • how do you turn them into whistles?

  • I usually download the sounds from the download station and then I add it with the contents manager.

  • Ok thanks.

  • thank you -

I got it from "the small scale railway co. website" (734 Whistle Used on 1522,) but I don t think youtube lets me post internet links.

Try doing this google search "Western Maryland Scenic Ry (ex LSI) #734 2-8-0 " it should take you to the page.

  • Nice work. out of question, where did you get the whistles for the Freedom train and the 1522?
