Many countries on this earth have very low crime rates such as Switzerland and other countries in Europe, and so do Japan and Hong Kong. These nations do NOT resort to the barbaric extremes of Malaysia and Singapore. This cruelty of brutally beating human beings under the guise of inhumane and unjust laws are crimes against humanity. These are evil traditions that have no place in modern civilized governments of the 21st century.

We will not allow people to commit crimes". And how they will not allow their country to be a distribution hub for the heroin trade! Most admirable! Just the other day a man escaped the gallows with jail time for murder.
