@Antifreeze3333 =P no it doesnt, you stay within the game limits, like dawnbreaker isnt 600000 damage and your dragonborn suit has 20 billion armor rating (iron helm, curiass, steel cuffed gauntlents and i think steel boots)

The best way to level is to go to paarthurnax before you can kill him. Infinite combat dummy, doesnt die, takes little damage. I got sneak 100, one hand 70, and two hand 80 in like 15 minutes.

There is a better one - there is a house where if you go in you can keep attacking this couple and they wont die - keep getting back up - no waiting required, maximum fine assault if you attack first or if you run around 5 for trespassing and they attack you and you just keep killing them then.

Go to the Graybeards and wait until a Graybeard is in the candlelight spot between the to entrances/exits. Sneak behind him and become hidden.

This will increase your Sneak and Archery/One-Handed, what you may choose to level up.

or you can keep on sneak attacking 'the torcherer' at the start when the 2 dudes leave the torcher room you can keep on doing it for free and he doesnt die or give you a fine or watever :)

you can also get your sneak to 100 just by attacking the guy at the start when he gives you the choice to sneak past the bear in the cave, and you dont have to pay any money or wait an hour or anything, just a head up :)
