does he know what an inch is??!! when he said use half an inch, he was using like nearly 2 inches and when he said take an inch for the body he was using like 4 inches!

1 inch = 2.5 centimeters....

look at a ruler.

and he didnt really know how to explain it - 'take 2 and errr 4 no 5 then errr take 3 and errrr'

that looked nothing like a teddy bear... he did not do the face right and the arm and legs are not right and he did not tell you anything about how to get the rest of the balloon off of the bear.
