I dont know about you guys but doing the gig without guitar is so moving. It's weird though because listening to this I can hear Chriss' parts in my head. Every note. I guess thats the point.......he may be gone but he had left us with music that will last longer than all us.

Was here for this, great performance. All the parts from Criss was silent without a replacement. You had to kind of imagine him and his guitar. I think Jon did his parts sometimes with piano. He took out a tiny guitar once and said it sounds like a yukalalee, kinda funny.

This song is proof that MTV and the labels sold looks and not talent to the public. you can't tell me the labels gave Savatage the push they deserved. tell the public who they should buy and they do it. That being said, I'm glad that only a small segment of metal heads bought into Savatage and we are better for it. Somebody help the hairs on my neck to go down cuz this made em stand up. My heart is sad and happy all at once.

What a terrible time to have to lay it all out for the fans. This shows that Jon wrote and sang with passion and power. They are the only band that played this style. They are the only band that could make the piano sound metal. Love these guys. Real life stuff in the songs they played. I feel their music as much as I hear it.

My brother and i attended this memorial concert a few hours after Chriss's funeral at The boatyard village in a huge rusty warehouse. Everyone was still reeling from the funeral and there was not one dry eye in the house. It was a concert to remember for ever. I,m just glad i got to be part of it.

Jon Oliva may have the most emotional voice in the world. He is and always has been an amazing singer, and although Criss' passing was a huge loss, the way he has kept on has kept his memory alive more than anything else he could have done. Thankfully, Criss got his due in Guitar World this month - about time.

I cant see how you could get a key in an ignition with a blood alcahol level of nearly .30 (.294 I believe) more than 3x the FL limit, As a musician It's hard to writeand record a song about loosing someone special to you but how this man performed the song live without breaking down is amazing

Why Savatage an Jon havent made it big is beyond me. He can sing he can scream just as good as anyone else in rock including Ozzy. i think it might be cause of Paul O Neil, their producer, since Somewhere In Time and Believe were from the Streets album, which was a concept album from a story Paul wrote, and Paul being very religious, the story had alot of the main character, Dt Jesus, talking to god
