Actually this song was early on when Gerd was racing alone on the track in an early episode and it WASN'T in English. It has been played twice in the whole anime and the first time was in French/German. And the second time was during the invasion later on when Hermann finds 666 which was in English :/

I think its obvious why her french is horrible. Maybe cus she's japanese... Much like how the English lyrics are borderline okay... even then... the beat is very much like 'Sweet Dreams' by Eurythmics. But that's what makes it awesome nonetheless! Go past the meaning and listen to the sound for what it is.
