Sick sled I got a 2011 renegade bc x. I'm debating on turbo but wondering how long I'd get out of the engine if I installed one. Any ideas on engine life with turbo?
Etec is somewhat of a 4-stroke, but it's 2-stroke. My best bet is that major companies will invest in the technology that Skidoo is using and 2-stroke will come back for snowmobiles.
@Dieselboy350 lol come back? theyre still miles ahead..my guess is this tech will find its way into dirtbikes and 2 strokes will reign supreme in motocross once again
That's badass. Has that sled broke yet? My turbo broken on me while I was climbing a hill. But anyways Im going to get a new one. Which one would you recommend turbo or non-turbo. Well I'm thinking about non-turbo because my friends say turbo wont last as long. An answer would be great.

ive seen an etec make marks on a hill next to a turbo cat so i believe skidoo did something right with this etec.
