It's based on the 1960 movie in which Seymour isn't an orphan (he has a hypochondriac mother but lets not get into that) Please excuse my spelling. Anyways this cartoon is not based on the musical and has nothing to do with the musical so I think that only hardcore little shop fans and hardcore 90s rap cartoon fans should watch it.

Best part is easily the commercials. As a kid, I always thought that Reese's commercial said, "...Reese's peanutbutter in a FUCKIN' shell." My little sis got her ass beat over that one twice. Now, about 20 years later it's finally been cleared up for me. They said, "...FUN CANDY shell!" HAHAHA! I know they did it on purpose so people'd pay attention! Smart Fuckers!

Dude.. The characters are similar to the movie in name alone. That was the biggest disappointment to me as a kid. I hate that they just steal the name for this crap to lure in hapless fans. It's not right.
