Have you tried to contact Neill Corlett, for getting those 3 other songs out of the demo? There's gotta be someone that knows to get PSFs and is willing to rip them.

@dissident93 Judging by the weird instrumentation, I'd hazard a guess it's just the audio equivalent of the altered character encoding.

I like the part where Aerith's theme ends with the opening drum beat from "Oppressed People" (the Wall Market song). I can only imagine how jarring it would be to hear that all of a sudden where Aerith's theme is normally played in the game.

First few seconds of music sounds like Materia jumping on the ground... Aeris' death scene? And the instruments are off, just like the Kanji table, eh?

Anyone have an ideal what the end text says in Japanese? I can make out the number "18", but I can't read Kanji...

@caitshiznit This room seems to use an out-of-date kanji table, but as the desciption notes, it's a variant of the Eastern debug room anyway.

I've extracted this room before, and it's basically a previous version of another debug room (forgot which one). You can even notice wrong kanji thanks to the text using an old encoding (same happens in the extra maps for HoneyBee Inn). In other words, it's not very useful. :p

Does that sailor have a black face? Or is that just the shadow from his cap? Something looks off about him anyway, like I don't recognize that model from the game.

@Shademp Just a shadow, I think; parts of his suit look grey-shaded too.

It almost sounds like the normal version of Aeris' Theme, but with wrong/glitched instruments. I could be wrong though.
