Honestly, guys, I'll admit that this is probably my worst (of MANY) AMVs, but it has a very high view count, and a few dozen people have favorited, so all the bashing in the world isn't going to make me take it down. I'm well aware that many people hate it, but there's no need for anybody else to bash it.

I get the critique loud and clear, but if you look at my more recent AMVs (i.e. such as Batman:TAS - In The Shadows), I think that you'll admit that I've imrpoved a bit as an AMV maker...

There is a right way and a wrong way to do an AMV. This is a wonderful example of the latter.

1. When doing a character-centric AMV, helps to have the music somehow reflect the character. +0.5 FAIL

2. The clips chosen should have something to do, at least vaguely, with the music or lyrics. +0.5 FAIL

3. The choice of music should be something other than whiny, cockbiting mallcore shit. +0.5 FAIL

SUM: 1 1/2 FAIL

Well, it does fit pretty well. (It's interesting how often that happens, actually.) Still, just putting music to a single clip isn't very interesting, or impressive. I think that in this case, it would have worked well using this sequence as the main theme but cutting in other clips in appropriate places. (Preferably of Joker, seeing as you've named it "Bleeding Joker", not "Bleeding Joker, Bleeding Batman, and that girl, can't remember her name." ;p

I agree. Any future AMVs that I/my cousin may make will be more complex than this one. This was more of a 'test' AMV, I guess you could say (basically to make sure that the AMV would translate to YouTube reasonably well, and hence that the system I used to make it was up to snuff).

Well, you did manage to get pretty good quality. When my brother tried making one the quality sucked once it actually hit the site. We never quite figured out why.
