Just because the courts do something doesn't mean it's constitutional or unconstitutional. The Judge says that the courts would have to rule that illegal aliens must be covered in order for it to be lawful under federal law, but that doesn't mean they'll do that. You pointed out a law passed in 1996 that says illegals can't get federal benefits, but they do. There is such a thing as public hospitals, and illegals can go to ERs to get treatment. Remember, there is a law that denies hospitals from treating any patient. This kind of thing happens all the time, and it will continue to happen regardless of the health care system.
These "facts" get regurgitated throughout the web and its amazing that people still believe them. Hospitals are not forced to give u treatment, they are forced to "assess" ur condition, meaning they have to diagnose u, but not treat u.

I've seen LEGAL temporary immigrants (F1 Students) going to ER and getting a foot in the ass for not having insurance after the initial diagnose.

No, you aren't going to go the ER and get chemo, because that's not an emergency. But if you get shot and go to the ER, the hospital isn't going to say, "You have a gunshot wound," and not do anything about it. That's a fact. Illegal immigrants have been found working for the government! You need to open your eyes.
Then it should be quite easy for you to give specific examples. In the case of the bullet wound, sure a life threatening condition the hospital would treat because they can't afford the civil rights lawsuit. Same thing with pregnant illegals, again civil rights.
But try being an illegal (or even US citizen with no insurance) with chest pains or something like that. You get a doctor to talk to u and maybe some exams, but if more is needed you better bring ur bank statement.
And lawsuits?! Ahahah I tell you what, get your local hospital, go to the district attorney office website and check how many lawsuits are being pressed against that hospital for REFUSING hospital treatment after the assessment.
Do it, it's a fun exercise, last time I check for mine there were more than 200 lawsuits pending.

I've gotten the same complaint about ads that run next to my videos before and I understand those complaints, but I don't look at it that way. The way I look at it, because I make YouTube partner income from those ads, newsmax is paying me money to make videos.

@k0ga777 there is no provision to check for citizenship prior to receiving health service anyware in the bill. also on page 50 section 152 it says health services covered by this act shall be provided without regard to personal characteristics.also read page 143 in section 246 titled no federal payment for undocumented aliens. they are not only covered but they will get tax credits for being a nonresident alien on page 170 under section 401... your welcome
Section 152 is a discrimination clause that basically said that all health services "covered by this Act shall be provided without regard to personal characteristics extraneous to the provision of high quality health care or related services." Citizenship is not mentioned.
Section 246 on page 143 under the heading of "NO FEDERAL PAYMENT FOR UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS" said, "Nothing in this subtitle shall allow Federal payments for affordability credits on behalf of individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States."
Under the heading of PART VIII—HEALTH CARE RELATED TAXES SUBPART A. TAX ON INDIVIDUALS WITHOUT ACCEPTABLE HEALTH CARE COVERAGE. and ‘‘Subpart A—Tax on Individuals Without Acceptable Health Care Coverage." There will be a tax imposed of 2.5% of adjusted income on individuals who do not medical health coverage that is deemed acceptable by the plan.
A non resident alien can be defined as a foreigner living and working in the United States on a nonimmigrant visa.
If their income is effectively connected with a trade or business in the United States, non resident aliens are subject to same taxation as any US citizen, according to the US Internal Revenue Service. According text of the bill non resident aliens are not subject to the 2.5% of adjusted income tax. The text of the bill does not indicate that non resident aliens are eligible for benefits.
Legal or Illegal, Health Care or no Health Care, it really doesn't matter! It will always be the responsability of the honest, lawful, tax paying working class of individual to take care of themselves and the illegals. Even if the illegals are covered we the tax payers are still going to pay for there coverage. And if they are not covered they can't be denied service at a hospital. So the bill that is accumlated on that visit is just passed on to the tax payer in higher insuraace premiums...

Sure, some of the ones benefiting are indeed that, but most of who benefit would end up being the poor, the sick and infirm, the unfortunate ones who get laid off, and of course kids. That's the majority. Health care is a right, not a privilege. Insurance companies don't seem to agree.

Just because the courts do something doesn't mean it's constitutional or unconstitutional. The Judge says that the courts would have to rule that illegal aliens must be covered in order for it to be lawful under federal law, but that doesn't mean they'll do that. This government just makes it up as it goes along so just because the judge says they'd have to rule one way doesn't they will.

You pointed out a law passed in 1996 that says illegals can't get federal benefits, but they do. There is such a thing as public hospitals, and illegals can go to ERs to get treatment. Remember, there is a law that denies hospitals from treating any patient. This kind of thing happens all the time, and it will continue to happen regardless of the health care system.

Then it should be quite easy for you to give specific examples. In the case of the bullet wound, sure a life threatening condition the hospital would treat because they can't afford the civil rights lawsuit. Same thing with pregnant illegals, again civil rights.
But try being an illegal (or even US citizen with no insurance) with chest pains or something like that. You get a doctor to talk to u and maybe some exams, but if more is needed you better bring ur bank statement.

Do it, it's a fun exercise, last time I check for mine there were more than 200 lawsuits pending.

I'm not liking the fact that youtube's green-lighting these Right-Wing advertisements that are showing up next to a lot of videos on here. It's coming from newsmax.com, and depicts President Obama in a surgeon's cap, the caption reading "OBAMA CARE - STOP HIM! Vote here now!"
I think that youtube should leave the advertisements to unbiased newsgroups, and the only ones showing a slant either left or right should be the video makers.

I've gotten the same complaint about ads that run next to my videos before and I understand those complaints, but I don't look at it that way. The way I look at it, because I make YouTube partner income from those ads, newsmax is paying me money to make videos.

Fox news is almost getting to be as stupid as MSNBC... almost, but not quite there yet. Chris Matthews is still one of the biggest douchebag's on TV, just as TYT has the biggest douchebag on YouTube. The major difference I see between the left & the right is that the right (for the most part) is right, while the left are a bunch of clueless sheep. Baaaaaaaah!

After only listening to the first 16 seconds before it froze, you called it a "great speech" which (a) shows your clear bias and (b) isn't true because if you listen to the whole thing you will hear a lot, and I mean a lot, of booing. When Wilson yelled, "You lie!" it was already when everyone was booing and was not out of context or randomly screamed out during Obama talking. Also, you can barely even hear it.

(a) Who makes a judgment on a video without listening to the whole thing? First 16 seconds and you know everything? Really? (b) "Booing" shows disagreement "You Lie!" is saying that the Speaker said something untrue, don't try to make them the same thing. Also how does the volume of the comment effect its meaning?

Okay, first of all, when you boo someone, you are obviously sending the message that you disagree with what that person has said or done. Booing and saying "you lie" are in essence saying the same thing, that you disagree with the person delivering the speech. I am not arguing that it was not at least to some level disrespectful, but the media blew this thing up way out of proportion. Secondly, if you can't even hear the comment, why is it AT ALL important? Who cares, honestly?

Interestingly enough, impartiality is not without bias as well. One's opinion is always subjected into whatever they say, and being human prevents anyone from ever being "impartial" as currently vocally defined.

thats not the point of the these videos.. fox Claims to be "fair and balanced".. keith olberman and rachel maddow have admitted that they are progressive and never claimed to being "fair and balanced".. and the second part of that is that if you watch this channel you will see fox telling out right lies or simply ignoring the truth.. you can if you want but for every story of MSNBC twisting facts there are 10 fox news story's.. he jus points those facts out.. "Fair and Balanced"

@jamesryanphoto I would like to say that i myself am not from the left actually i lean more towards the right but really im in the middle. Now this being said i have seen all the news stations lean completly to the right. Fox just does it in a illegal way. Now then there is only one station that i hae found that is fair and balanced at thats cnn. so no there are not ones that lead to the left. there is no such thing as liberal media.
