Im really into sushi, maki and stuff, but something I could always eat is Mochi, especially Taro Mochi, even though Green Tea Mochi ain´t bad either. I just don´t like those mochi with peanutbutter or red-bean fillings, but Taro definitely is best!

My top 10 japanese food is Yakisoba, Gyudon, Chirashi Sushi, Takoyaki, Tonkastu, Sukiyaki, toumorokoshi, Tempura, Katsudon, and Pocky Sticks. I think the most well known japanese food in the USA is Sushi(I like Sushi too) but to everyother food is chinese food(I like chinese food too). Not everyone knows about japanese foods and cultures(which really sucks) but I'm so glad that you guys do. I should go to japan to try some other japanese food that I can't really find here.

There is so much good Japanese food that it's hard to point out just one, probably ebi sushi, I love the sweet taste of the prawn with the rice and soy sauce :D Simple but tasty, Oishii! Though the squid balls in Osaka are amazing too. Been back from Japan less than a week and already miss the country like crazy! Hmmm, must start planning next trip...

Greetings from Vancouver! My favorite Japanese food is ochazuke (お茶漬け) with salmon sashimi (鮭刺身) on the side. In the summer, I like zarusoba (笊蕎麦) with tempura (天麩羅). Simple and absolutely delicious.
