I love the Arthurian legend and it isn't arthur that pulls the sword out.

@101MissDisney Yeah me too it's amazing... And....? I'm pretty positive he does pull it out the stone... It says so in every version of the legend that I've read... Arthur pulls the sword from the stone and becomes King of Britain

Then years later, the sword breaks in a duel with King Pallinore, and Arthur gets another one from the Lady Of The Lake...? ....? Unless I'm missing something...?

@Jessbooshluva when my mum tells me the story she says the lady of the lake's son Excalibur pulls it out, but she might be wrong. We will soon find out. Do u know when the 4th season is going to be out? i'm dying to c what happens next

@101MissDisney LOL The Lady Of The Lake doesn't have a son... And it's the sword that is called Excalibur... :D Haven't you seen the Disney film 'The Sword In The Stone'... Hahaa...?

++ I'm not sure... There has been a lot of talk about the 4th series, apparantly it starts early 2012 because of the Doctor Who schedule, but if not then it will be back as usual early September 2011 ;D Can't wait...!! Xxx

Thanks for the time of the fourth season, i have watched the 3rd season over again i literally know basically all the lines.

@101MissDisney avalon high is rubbish :P and just remember that Merlin is an aleration on the legend, so it wont match up at all. its till good :)

@Jessbooshluva I agree that only king author can pull the sword from the stone. But I thought Lancelot Du Lac was the Lady of the lake's son. I thought that based on his last name. Du lac means of the Lake doesn't it?

When Merlin stabbed the sword into the stone I literally couldn't stop smiling. Series 4 can not come soon enough!
