  • jeffrey combs is a great actor who is unjustly overlooked he should be given a Oscar,a Emmy, and any other awards given to great actors god bless you Mr.combs

  • Shran had nothing on Weyoun. However, they were both epic! <3

  • The background music is really unfortunate.

  • watched from beyond for the first time last night the guys awasom lol

  • Please lose the awful background music, it's distracting and not necessary.

  • Very wise man you are, Jeffrey <3

  • Re-Animator! Jeffrey Combs was the best (really, only good thing) about that movie. I still watch it just for his performance.

  • Loved him in DS9

  • what happened to his voice??? he doesn't sound like weyoon or commander shran

  • That's how he actually sounds. :P.

  • Different Character Different Voice.

Weyoun = Kinda Whispy, a submissive authority.

Shran = Strong Willed and Direct touch of Arrogance.

Ya cant really convey that with the same voice and its not unprecedented that actors adopt voice or manarisms when they become a character. Avery Brooks natural voice is the voice you hear in DS9 he has a great voice in my opinion.

  • @horusrage i thought that every time avery brooks was shown on DS9 he looked like he was tryin to remember his lines before sayin them X-D. he was pretty wooden. i thought he was a dodgy actor.

  • @h1bB0ilzZ thats fine for you opinion. but I am talking about the mans voice as for him not remembering his lines just before he says them .. who knows that maybe true in some shots. Also you gotta remember Averys character was a pretty wooden character he became a little more dynamic in the later years of DS9 in my opinion. Also my response was more to LTDANMAN44s comment about the fact he didn't sound like shran or weyoon

  • @horusrage I wouldnt say Weyoun was a submissive authority at all. He was the perfect image of a politician. Slimey, sneaky, poisonous and untrust worthy. But when he had too, he asserted himself extremely well, with plenty of aggression and a naturally evil demeanour. Damn I miss Star Trek (Voy, DS9, TNG) I really hope they decide to make a new one.

  • people put voices on for parts simple

  • I don't think it ever will be made...I've been searching on the netand it seems like they can't get the funding....

  • Apparently it is not going to be made.

    WHYYYYY?

  • I'm not a huge horror fan but I loved all the characters Jeffrey contributed to "Star Trek", most of all the Andorian character Shran on "Enterprise". From what I heard, if the show hadn't been cancelled, he would have become a regular character.

  • I'll second that, Shran was awesome

  • Two simple phrases. "Jeffrey Combs is one VERY undercut actor." Followed by "Jeffrey is a Renaissance Man." I have yet to see him in a role where he did not shine. The good thing to my mind is that he couldn't care less. He's one of the few actors I'd like to speak with before either he or I expire.

  • He such a geek but i love him!!!!

  • wow how did I miss this interview? this was great! I like his view on the modern horror films, I've felt the exact same way about them.

  • Agreed!

  • GAH!!! Great interview. A lot of the same questions he gets all the time, but still a great interview. Thanks! :)

  • Thank you JChamp! You know I'm a huge fan of Jeffrey Combs anyway. This was great! You can tell he's just a "regular guy" type.

Mary, you conduct a great interview and look great doing it! Props to you, sweetheart!

Hope to see you guys soon!

  • he seems like a cool guy the blonde chick was very pretty to.
