I watched your Harry Potter video and I saw that you were using WIndows Movie Maker. You actually don't have to hypercam the video, instead you can click on the File button in the top left corner, and then click Save Movie File. It'll then show you several options and then it will save the video in a WMV format video, of whcih you can upload to YouTube without having to hypercam it. If you're using Windows Vista I think theres a Publish Movie button at the top that works too. I hope this helps!
