  • Thank you my friend to post this, I hate those ill snake fans!!!

  • yeah i dont understand why people are fascinated with snakes. they're not cute. they're not social and are potentially dangerous. and you don't pet them as you do with rabbits. and feeding them live rabbits are just cruel especially if in captivity.

  • in my opinion i think that people who feed snake rabbits or post a vid of a snake eating a rabbit should suck a dick instead

  • why dont people feed snakes something else like rats i have a pet rabbit and thats why i hate snakes i wouldnt want a snake to eat my rabbit and i would never feed a snake a rabbit

  • i thought this was going to a video of a rabbit killing a load of snakes.

  • I know snakes need food... But for the love of god don't post it on YouTube.....I should probably buy little baby boas and feed them to my Flemish and laugh about it.

  • Good job. I have flagged some of them too. I can't stand to watch or I would have flagged more. With everything I have seen, been through, stuff like this is still horrific to me. The feeder rabbit excuse doesn't fly. True the snake needs to eat, but taping with a crowd, laughing & posting this on here turns it into entertainment & animal cruelty. Also some of the videos show snakes killing rabbits that are too big for them to eat. So that is outright cruelty & criminal. Same as pit fighting.

  • everyone who feeds their snakes with rabbits can suck my shlang!!!

  • Thank you for the flags. Keep doing it. You Tube should remove all of them. This is free live internet and children can watch it anytime. So You Tube needs to just stop thinking out copyright issues and police this kind of stuff, so kids who are naturally drawn to rabbits don't start looking at these pics on You Tube and see them being killed. I can rightly assume them would be very upset by watching the horror act. PLEASE KEEP FLAGGING THEM I will try to do the same.

  • Brocolli abuse. Im calling the RSPCA. Nice bunny btw.

  • Brocolli Abuse. Im calling the RSPCA. Nice bunny btw.

  • i beg the differ, my baby boa is adorable, and also genius. :)

  • if you didnt know, rabbit are like deadly to snakes.if a snake didnt make the right move, the rabbit wouldve cut deep into it.

  • INSTEAD let us feed the snakes those annoying little chihuahua's >:O

  • thanks for posting this..Bunnies rule

  • Most of the rabbits eaten by snakes are

    feeders.

  • I don't understand why some people laugh feeding their snakes either. But I do understand snakes have to eat too. I have snakes, and I feed them mice and stuff, fresh-killed. Sorry, but I am not going to keep frozen rats in my freezer.

  • snakes are smarter

  • if a snake were in the wild and it ate a rabbit would it be wrong?

    no

    its the circle of life!

rabbits are at the bottom of the food chain so its not rlly that bad

people kill rabbits 4 food and the warm fur is that wrong?

    no

    its the circle of life!

  • i have a rabbit and then i saw a snake eat a rabbit i think its really sick puuting or posting it

    shocking

  • I don't know how any sick fuck could kill something so innocent. Then they try to say "It's nature!"

And i say, nature doesn't fucking throw you in a closed area with your predator and no escape, assholes.

Sorry i went overboard, i just can't even kill a spider.

  • Thank's for your video !

Give a rabbit to snake is the same to give a cat ..

  • snakes are amazing i just fed a rabit to my bowa constricter about a week ago

  • Snakes are aswesome, curiouse, docile pets when treated right. They are such interesting animals and most are fine with being handled.......

and i'll continue to feed my snake whatever i want, thank you

i have rodents too but i must admit, it's way easier to take care of a snake. very low maintenance while rabbits and rodents poo like crazy:)

  • as i said i have nothing against snakes. i am against people filming snakes eating pet rabbits for laughs and fun and posting here on youtube. rabbits are high maintenance pets, yes, and require very special care, which is why they are exotics. i can only speak for mine but he uses a litter box and have never had the poo issue. i can't account for what bad rabbit owners do with their pets. :-)

  • well done, I enjoyed the vid.

  • Me, too. I can't stand sick scums who film these disgusting videos.

As for me, I own 13 rabbits & they live in a huge Rabbit Mansion. Recently, I discovered a snake in the moat of my Vietnamese Castle model. I fished it out & smashed it to pieces!

  • Me, too. I can't stand sick scums who film these disgusting videos.

  • no one films for laughs, people may films, and they may laugh during film, but film itself isnt for laughs

snakes need to eat, rabbits are fit for somes size of snake

    excuse my english

  • hello ruizak, i for one accept snakes must eat when they are pets. the vets do say tho frozen/prepared food is best for health of snake. the films on youtube that i've flagged tho have been produced as a laughing matter. and filmers make sure the rabbit screams are heard... and then they giggle too.

  • everything must eat, and many snakes dont take to frozen food

would you react the same if somone filmed a wild snake eating a rabit and gigling?

many friends of mine have gigled while i fed my snakes, not because the sound of scream from what i feed or anything to do with my friends being sadistic (:>) in anyway, only because it is a interesting sight

anyway, as with screams, where there is sound, it will be heard

  • basic rules of pet care must apply no matter what animal one loves. vets unanimously say: in captivity owners must feed their pets special diets and live is not an option for several reasons. filming the wild is just that - if a snake can catch a rabbit in the wild so be it. rules are different for captivity.

  • and again, many snakes dont eat already dead animals

no matter what is said, people will still be feeding their snake live prey

  • yeah snakes eat rabbits but they can eat something else too like rats thats why i hate snakes so much and will never have one as a pet.

  • Good strategy munch ...That's a lot of broc. No gas?

  • THAT POOR BROCCOLI! I'M FLAGGING YOU!

  • yes - and all the actors are still alive except for a piece of broccoli.

  • But... Where´s the snake?

  • the snake slithered away madder than a wet cat.

  • You filmed that poor broccoli getting eaten alive. You cruel bastard.

  • i cant wait to make the prekilling rabbit tutorial and post it :)

  • flapjacks, why do you not use pre-killed for your captive pet snake as the vets say one should? your pet looks large enough to eat a pre-killed calf as well. why pick live pet rabbits?

  • actually every feeding since the taped ones from 2 months ago have been prekilled. I just dont enjoy killing the rabbits with a metal bat before feeding them to the snake.

frozen/prekilled rabbits are not readily available or affordable to me compared to live rabbits. i get full grown live rabbits frm a farm family for 10 bucks a pop, compared to 40 at a pet shop for a rabbit.

  • i have an issue with 'affording' a snake (or rabbit, horse etc.) exotic pets (rabbits / snakes included) are not cheap to care for responsibly. i have exchanged notes with snake owners here who only feed pre-killed no matter what financial cost - but they knew this before adopting a snake.

btw expect to pay several thousands of dollars to care for a rabbit folks during its lifetime of 10yrs +. i'd imagine snakes are up there too.

  • If it's cheaper to buy live rabbits and prekill them then thats wtf i'm going to do. I'm not spending extra money to have frozen rabbits mailed to me if i dont have to. Yes it's a financial endevour owning a large retile or any large pet for that matter, but if you can save money if certain areas then that just makes sense to do so. live feedings are entertaining for some and offensive for others. if you dont like it, DONT WATCH IT. it's that simple. Grow Up.....

  • so i'll go buy a albino burmese python, set up the cam, and slice open the python to see how long it takes to die and make some stew all in the name of entertainment... something tells me you would not find that so entertaining as a youtube film. but maybe this is the only way to proceed. you wouldn't have to watch that even though it would come up with keywords here.

  • lol. you could do that if you'd fancy. i'm not the one to say that's right or wrong. i disagree with it yes, but i'm not like you preaching what's "right" and what's "wrong".

  • i do have the "educational" hot to prekill video made (mearly an improved bit with a friend of mine). for the right taste in humor some might get a laugh. i'm waiting to post until i have a vid of this feeding. i have 2 rats and a rabit for it BUT it wasnt hungry. now i have to care for these filthy animals that deficate constantly. Its a pain to keep these suckers alive, they smell like hell. but the time will come for plenty more vids including my video dedicated to you.

  • Flapjack, I know your type. I used to keep snakes; small boids. Snakes do NOT need to eat live/freshly killed prey. It is simply not true. Second, we are not in a "natural" setting so no point in trying to simulate it. It does nothing special for the snake.

3rd, making a vid as you propose is just not right. Why be cruel to mammals. Only sick bastards would enjoy this; normal people would never find this humorous.

4rth ... do you have a very tiny pecker and are making up for it in some way?

  • I find you're abuse of broccoli repulsive and offensive.

  • then flag me and report me to the broccoli authorities. call them now 1800-save-brocolli -- something tells me you'll call the number too.

  • disregaurd my repeated comment, thought it didnt post but it was just being reviewed and didnt show up immediately.

i'm not gonan lie, ever since i was a kid i've been facinated with snakes eating mice and rats, i still find it even more facinating to watch a large snake eat a rabbit. It's not so mucha macho thing as it is just a sense of awe watching this large reptile kill and eat a small mammal whole.

but that cant happen with out this itallian fundamentalist wetting himself

  • there is no doubt what happens outside captivity is different than our own man-made environs. but it is this example you described that i take issue with. what u do off film is obviously your choice and unseen, but when placed in public domain i simply do not agree it is appropriate or humane to captive animals on either side of the bite.

  • Why do you think it's not 1) appropriate, 2) healthy, or 3)worth filming for male kicks? I think you focus too much on the rabbit. We gain our pleasure not from watching and hearing animals die, but from observing a fascinating and natural process. Please try to explain your positions. It isn't fair to make me guess your thought processes.

  • not approp just as it would NOT be approp for me to chop up a live snake and feed it to my pet (dog or whatever.) vets say it is not healthy to feed live animals to pet snakes for the snake's own protection. the 'male kicks' thing is my opinion from watching guys plan this pseudo hunt in an enclosed space. we get pleasure through different means - i enjoy watching my pet eat out of my hand. imo this video harms no one or nothing live except for a stick of broccoli.

  • to be fair, and since you aren't the rabid type, i'm letting both your comments through. i do not dislike snakes. this is about feeding live pet rabbits to captive snakes... it is not 1) appropriate, 2) healthy, 3) worth filming for male kicks.

  • Why only flag the videos with rabbits? Why not mice too, or perhaps even crickets? Insects probably don't feel pain on the same level as mammals, but does that mean their life is less valuable? Why do you think the rabbits are pets when they aren't purchased for that intent? If snake owners trapped their rodents from the wild would your convictions be any different? If so, why?

  • time is limited beabercj and i have an offline life that is more important... gotta pick my battles. as for trapping - if you let a pet snake outside to go catch food and filmed the catch for youtube...i would take no issue and wouldn't flag it.

  • in any case with large reptiles you need to feed them inside a contained area. If you get them used being fed in uncontained areas then you run a big risk of them mistaking you for food and also being on alert for food at all times. My snake is trained to feed in a cardboard box. Yes, it's trained. Letting it "hunt" is irresponsible and dangerous.

  • Most all posters give ample warning to their videos, starting with the titles. We understand that some people don't want to watch a snake kill a rodent. Though we don't share your opinion, we show you respect. Please respect us in return.

  • i c u have no videos...perhaps you have not seen what i have flagged. those who place a pet rabbit with an aquarium-enclosed snake for the pleasure of filming and hearing the screams i simply do not find respectful.

  • Rabbits are probably smarter (more intelligent.) Cuter and better pets?...that's just a matter of opinion. What do you think snake owners are trying to "win"? You'll find that most of them share a respect and fascination for all animals; something that you seem to lack. We strive to give our snakes the most natural setting possible, which includes feeding them live mammals. If they ate chicken nuggets in the wild, that's what we'd feed them.
