  • I think he may have emphysema. He just has no power at all. He sounds totally breathless on notes that shouldn't be difficult to hit. Something is wrong. He's not that old.

  • Dig the chick on the fiddle!!

  • OK gang you should condsider this. Ian does not have to do this anymore. He could have retired long ago and you would not even have this. Yeah his voice is not what it used to be. Trust me it happens. I played pro for 30 plus years and it just aint that easy to get outta bed and go and do it with the same chops you started with. Respect him for what he is and remember him for what he was (and to my mind anyway still is). I will still see them every chance I am given. Peace everyone.

  • keep in mind if the recording was made off the board..(mixing board) instruments louder on stage (gtr) will be back in the mix...

  • Still sounds great! Horrible sound system though...

  • what the hell is wrong with his voice?!?!?!? This sounds horrible!!!!

  • @BigMFnD1972 What a idiotic thing to say. You need to realize something. He's been singing for 40 years now. Sure his voice isn't what it used to be, but he still sounds great. Maybe you would sound better. You should be the new singer.

  • @tieyourmotherdown1 All I said was that he sounded horrible in this video!! You are an idiot for assuming i think he cant sing anymore. He definetly CAN still sing his ass off, but in this video he sounds like shit. I own all of Jethro Tull's albums/CD's and I am a big fan of the group. I have seen them live a couple of times and the shows were great. As far as me being the new singer.........I couldn't hit a note if my life depended on it! :) Let's agree on one thing..Tull still Rocks!!!!

  • @BigMFnD1972 Sorry... I thought you were like some of the other people who are saying he can't sing anymore. I guess I didn't understand what you were saying. :)

  • @tieyourmotherdown1 No Problem. I apologize for the idiot remark. No need for name calling. Here's to many more years of good music from Jethro Tull!!!!

  • super song!!!

  • Whta's going on with Ian Anderson's voice?

  • Where is Lorenza Ponce?

  • Rock On!

  • I think that is Anna Phoebe, principal violinist for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and a phenomenal musician in her own right.

  • Probably one of their daughter or grandaughters. :) I loved him, but he is sounding rough; from a fan of 30+ years.

  • A classic song; a good instrumental performance, as always. But sadly the voice is gone...

  • Not very good sound quality, not the band the video.

  • Believe me man, the day Ian look fool and sound dreadful he won't be on the stage anymore. He's to perfecionist to keep going when shouldn't. Jethro Tull and Ian Anderson have some years more of life. Thank God, maybe some day I will see them alive.

  • i love it

  • Sadly, the violinist is pretty much buried, I can hardly hear her :/

  • That organist looks like trouble to me. His face just doesn't fit.

  • maybe his face needs tightening up. he is a great keyboardist though and played well with the band.

  • I saw them them last night he sounded really awsome. This was their encore.

  • I Just saw them like a few hours ago.

This song was my favorite they performed.

    There the best band EVER

  • i like this new keyboardist. he's a more interesting player than andy giddings.

  • That's Anna Phoebe

  • Fit Viloin player :)

  • prety damn good looking too, compared to the older men around her.

  • Thanks Groundhog56
