  • "I'm going to crash my car" 6 minutes later she crashes her car. GUILTY!!!! The psychologist, her family and the defending lawyers are all idiots and slimeballs. I hope that kill is getting plowed with blunt objects in prison.

  • Serving your country warrants getting away with murder? No wonder this girl hasn't the mind or conscience to say she's sorry. Great morals, Dad.

  • How convenient that the only injury she maintains is a memory loss of exactly the last 3 days before that hideous act... I guess Dr. Battle and Dr. Stuffed are the diagnostic physicians. And Justine is just an extremely spoiled and heartless brat.

  • Psychiatrist's opinion is useless, I know at least two teenagers that committed suicide due to teenager love.....

  • Did something happen to Brian, the boyfriend?

  • she never wants to say sorry in the first place!!! guilty or not, eventhough she forgot evrything about the accident, gosh she must say SORRY!!! commonsense!

  • she is not grieving towards the victims nor the family of the victims.. she has her nails done gosh! please do not let 16 yrs old to drive !!!!

  • she could not even hurt a bug, or a mom 6 her cute babies??? she doesnt even know who and how many people are in the car she bumped in. emotions do change in an instant.. do not drive if youre in bad emotions.

  • Nobody paid enough attention to those two fat lawyers, whom I believe was the devil's advocates. It was a lose-lose situation for both families, but those two lawyers, in their suit and tie, walked right out of the courtroom unscathed, spent no time in prison, probably felt no remorse, and onto to their next client ALL IN THE NAME OF MONEY. They have abused the judicial system and caused so much despair but remained unperturbed. They give lawyers a bad name.

  • you americans have good meals in prisons, shes is fat now

  • @pjsr1967 Genetics. Obese parents.

  • 'I'm sorry for your loss(shrugs shoulders) but I cannot,I I don't know (shrugs shoulders) what you're meaning by you wanting me to say ' that I'm sorry'. She kidding me? I'm sorry when I accidentally run a shopping cart over someones toes, UNBELIEVABLE! So I'm wondering when Justine took the stand what she actually meant by saying to Erin/ Kaydens Famil 'I've been wanting to speak to you for 2 years now.

My heart truly goes out to Erin/Kaydens Fam- as Kaydens Fathers says,' you need to own it'

  • Sorry Justine but there is nothing you can do to make everything "ok". You killed 3 people there is no changing or forgetting that

  • i am not a perfect person myself and i really do believe in forgiveness. But i just cant ever believe that 15 years is enough of a punishment

  • Justine is only crying for her and her family. She does not understand what she really took from other family. No sense of responsibility! I do not feel any sorry for Justine and her family. She seemed to be lacking feeling for others, completely, so she is where she belongs. I am sorry to say this but hope loss of life was other way around. Beautiful mom and her son did not deserve this. Stop calling " accident", you are running away from the truth.

  • @lehua16 Such a compassionate and caring person, you are.

  • Its hard to watch this (Justine's interview with Keith Morrison) because i don't think she's a bad person, maybe she didn't intentionally try to kill that pregnant mother, her unborn child, and her son, but i DO believe that she was trying to kill herself by hitting that car. Justine should fully take responsibility for her actions, wether it was an accident or not. The outcome is still the same, you're actions killed two lives and one unborn. Take responsibility for yourself!

  • True, it's like she's not sympathetic at all.

  • Gossiping harridans

  • UGH it's NONE of the towns people's business what happened! they have NO right to an opinion, because it's none of their damn business.

The public need to keep their nose out of other people's lives. Let the law deal with Justine, it's not YOUR JOB

  • soo freakin convieniant ..that brain-injury..

god those fam members of that woman and cute son.. kept silent -polite.. unbelievable...

  • So convenient.. "I don't recall it".. It should have been her mom or dad in that other car..

  • put her in jail...fukk the family..she killed then ..she tryd to kill herself and took the life of someone...she is a liar...if she forget wht happend ok,,,read you text and know u tryd to kill yourself,,,,she has long time to think about it.......her stupid family is in denial

  • I'm glad that Justine finally shows her remorse. I think she is a good & sincere human being who now finally owns up & says: I am sorry to the other family. I don't think it is a sign of weakness to be able to realize that one has made a mistake, to own up, & to apolozige. Acknowledging the other person's pain when you have wrongfully caused & asking for forgiveness show humans is morally more superior than other animals in the earth kingdom.

  • too bad she survived the crash!!

  • she disserver tobe in jail

  • Come on guys. The odds of her saying shes gonna crash her car deliberately in a text message and then going on to crash it on 'accident' just seem pretty slim to me. She deserved her punishment.

One silly little girl causes so much heart break over a boy. What's wrong with these idiots!

  • That fucking teenager! Seriously! You wanna commit suicide dont take other's with you. What the hell! My heart goes out to the guy who losy his wife, unborn child and his son

  • As for Erins husband, he seems so sweet, even his voice is nice and soft. He's not bad looking either xD hopefully he can live his life. Time kills pain.

  • I understand why she never apologized. How are you suppose to apologize for something that you think you didn't do. I personally would never apologize no matter how much everyone hated me if I knew in my heart that it was not my fault. It is sad to see both of the families lose. There are consequences. If she did cause that accident on purpose or unintentionally she is paying the price either way. I hate it when people text and drive, it's very selfish of them and if they cause a accident they

  • @CharmyCupcake That's what I was thinking. They should just forgive her and let her come to a sense of responsibility in her own time since there would be no escaping it for her. Also, there is a psychological factor that would make it especially difficult for her to own up. Since her father's mother killled herself when he was a young boy, he probably has an abiding hatred for the act and led the whole family into a kind of enforced denial that his daughter tried to snuff it.

  • Defense attorneys---------file law suit against those victims family....who had so much lost in their life. Defense attorneys had no heart other then gold digger. I really do felt bad for the victim's family.

Here is what i thought it was happening. She texted the message and didn't pay attention, which result in cross line into on coming traffic.

  • According to the defense psychiatrist's reasoning, teenagers never commit suicide over relationship problems... dear god, what blatantly idiotic testimony! It's one of the LEADING reasons for suicide in the US teenage population!

  • @leananshae you know what, the testimony of psychologists, in my eyes, has lost all credibility because for every single case, murder, suicide, assault, they just pull out that rediculous psychology card to defend the accused or justify their action. *every* time! its almost like they have become the vessel for words that are really originating from the defense lawyers` brain. hired gun is old school, lets talk about hired mouths!

  • @leananshae and you are absolutely right, this ``psychiatrist`` must have been living under a rock. teenagers KILL over relationship problems. when I was a high school student, we had a stabbing over girl. I`m not sure which books shes been reading, but clearly not the ones that mention hormone fluctuations of the teenage body or she`d know better than to suggest they know which lines NOT to cross. Isnt that what being a teenage is about? crossing the line? quite ironic, really.

  • Stupid defense attorneys. A simple sorry would have went a long long way to helping her. Stupid Stupid Stupid lawyers.

  • @angellicvoices it goes beyond stupid, it was evil...nothing less

  • its a shame she never will admit she was sorry!

  • @xterranissan2000 actually in the end she did... I might have seen it on another show.

  • @Geengarner are you sure? I also saw it on another show, the host interviewed her after she was in jail. she still said she's only sorry for the lost of his family, but not for what she has done.

  • Wow. What pieces of shit her family are. Is she really sorry?

  • Justine, "Kill yourself"

  • justines family are awful. she is so guilty i would have given her the full 30 years. she is obviously a threat in the future, what about when her next relstionship is finished is she going to kill someone else, plus her sorry was not genuine

  • This story really shocked me. How can people behave like this?

  • system betrayed you? you sir, are not a victim, you are a horrible person.

  • @JesseKing1981 It certainly explains why his daughter won't take responsibility for what she did.

  • What about your other "little girl" Randy? you know, the one you abandoned? your full of shit, and what is worse you shame and allow your crazy wife to destroy your other "little girl" for trying to contact her brother and sister...you guys are horrible parents and people, and trying to sue someone that your horrible parenting destroyed...karma is a bitch isn't it?
