Your foot might bother you because of how your normally stand or pose while resting. I find while Im standing still I turn my right foor on it's outside edge (like rolling my ankle out) and when i wear heels I find the muscles on my right foot bother me because they are trying to retrain themselves....at least that's just my idea?

Have you ever been to a chiropractor? I had that issue with one foot having aches and the other being fine, and thought it was probably due to my favoring one leg because of a knee injury I have, but as it turns out when I got that knee injury I also knocked my hips out of alignment and one was quite a bit behind the other and therefore gave one of my legs more length and better range, once I had my hips re-aligned (over a period of time) I was right as rain and they both wear evenly now. :-)
