My time was 19:49. I had to modify the first, second, and third workout. But I'm proud of myself. I pushed hard and feel so good. :) Thank you Zuzana!
My time was 10:53 (3:37/3:40/3:35 + less than a 30-seconds total breaks between the rounds). This one was fun! I did a half of Get Hot Cardio Workout right after: cut out half of the cardio reps but kept all the muscular ones. Took me more thant half the time I took to complete this entire workout last time, but it was the second of the day... And, finally, I did 25 more hanging knee raises (love them), just to make sure my entire body was shaking. + 1 burpee for Erin! Thanks Zuzka!
I got 13:27!!!! THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL!!! Like everyone else said the low burpees where challenging!! Love you Zuzka and keep those workouts coming!!!

Its a mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are. It will beat you to your knees,and will keep you there permanently, If you let it. You, me or no body is going to hit us hard, us life. But ain't about how hard you hit. Is about how hard you can get hit, how much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done.
I like the short 12min workouts though.. It motivates me more and I do a better job in those than in these time challenges. So please please don't give up on the HIIT workouts and do some for me, pretty please?? :D

Perfect! Love everything, just a piece of advice - videos could be a little shorter - I know we can't get enough of you, but some times it takes 15 mins to do workout and video is 15 mins. You know what I mean. Crazy happy you're back!!!
I tried for the life of me to do the manmakers from the regular plank position... but my weights are round at the ends, not flat like yours. LOL I had to do them while on my knees just so I didn't roll away! Makes me wish I bought weights with flat sides to them.
@Heather063 I have round ones too. But I did my plank pushups with the hands on the floor instead. Then picked the weights and lifted. I think thats ok too...
Zuzana, my boyfriend and I are so glad you are back! We stopped working out for two months because I didn't want to open the other site without you there. We gained weight! Thanks for posting again. Wish there was some way we could repay you. You've helped us get in shape and made us happier.
I finally did this workout after cycling for 45 minutes, and lifting weights for an hour, I was able to complete this in 18min 37 sec. I really like your your new videos, this is more do able than the other bodyrock ones and no more peverted angles or pictures; awesome it's all about the workout.
I have been going through the same thing as you and I have come for find that exercise has made it easier to deal and so has time.
I disagree altho Lisa is chirpy - she doesnt captivate me. So i support the site because i value what they do but I genuinely was won over by zuzana's personality. I think most people who initially started following BRock were. So I can understand why people have left the site but I wont go so much as to hate on it. To each his own.
I was doing the first ZWOD today and my time was 26'31" so im happy. Zu, since I do your workouts (november 2010) I feel sooooo good....... u know, even my skin looks better!! And I'm happy every day.
So today I decided to do all 3 rounds of all exercises but in between each exercise I jumped rope for high knees 50 skips. Wow now that was one killer workout.
good to see u again. have missed u. must say though, i like u with darker hair better, but u are beautiful no matter what. both on the inside and out. keep up the good work. look forward to trying to keep up with u again.
I love BodyRock and ZWOD. Both sides have good intentions for the people who wanted live a healthy lifestlye, both of them have my full respect and support.
I do both of their workout programs in alternate and self-modification.
Don't know what happened with bodyrock but I find Zuzana's workouts "doable" - LM's good only for teenagers. I'm retired bodybuilder and powerlifter now on oil rig where there is no gym - this ROCKS!!! LIGHT my ass - you're kickin it girl - mine I mean! Glad you are back - tell everyone about you!
12:05 Yeah!!! I did insanity pure cardio this morning as well :) I so love your workout because they're short but truly intense. Since this are short workouts there is no excuse to skip it. 15 minutes while I'm cooking, 15 minutes while my baby is watching cartoons :)
All done! 8:58 - 8 lb. weights like Z :-) Lots of factors for a speedy time...I'm on an adrenaline high from about 50 different wonderful things that converged TODAY, Item Number One being that I would get to do a ZWOD workout. Someone suggested "Z-WOW!" instead of ZWOD, and I think it has a nice ring to it ;-).

@dinasty12 I gained weight(muscle) from her exercises because that was my goal. I just get very hungry after the workouts and I try to eat a lot. I also reduced in fat. Protein shakes are not my thing, the tastes disgusts me so I try to eat a lot of meat and veggies.
@dinasty12 It depends on your diet and how much you are eating. If you are looking to put on weight you would add the amount of carbs and protein that you would need for your body. If you are wanting to lose, alot less carbs, but still a decent amount of protein as it heals your muscles making it easier to recover for the next workout

Just got done: 13:22. What a great workout! I love that it was so short (despite the fact it took me 1:22 longer than a normal BR workout), and it was very intense--especially the 20 half-burpee hops followed by the 10 twisted push-ups. Whew! OK, i have been following you for few yrs now and i dont have to tell you i am in the best shape ever (40 yrs old btw). I over the Moon you are back!!!! So i checked out the videos put down on the paper what will i do and went to gy...come to find out i left my notes at home. Guess what?! I was able to remember all of them w/o problem. Those fulls on BodyRock have a list of 20+ excercises and for the love of me i cant remember them all!!!
I am really out of shape. Wow! I only made it through 2 rounds because of time constraints and the fact that my arms were killing me!! It took me 18 min and 28 sec to finish two rounds. But awesome workout and I feel great. Thanks Zuzka!!

Hey Zuzana! I need a little help here :S I stumbled across your channel and i was amazed at your energy.. youve inspired me to start exercising. but i dont know how to start!! I cant do a proper push up.. only ones from the knee! :(( I really would like to get fit and in shape but yeah.. bit hopeless at the moment. @BeMyVforever That's how you start...on the knees. Manmakers: no weights, on knees. Low Burpee Hops: step vs hop side to side and into plank. Reduce reps on twisted push ups, on knees again. Competition Sit Ups: only roll down as far as you can keep the C curve/abs contracted.
All of Z's exercises can be modified...just give it some thought. Good luck!
@BeMyVforever I also wanted to mention...on the twist push ups..just start with rotating front and back...add the push ups on the knees when you get the hang of it! Be well!
@BeMyVforever what cbpilates said, its all in getting stronger gradually. Start from the knee and when those start to be a cake for you because it will, try on the knee one pushup at a time. If you cant go down all the way, you just keep at it because if you keep at it you will see results one pushup at a time
I was so tired today but I pushed and decided to do this anyway... my time was a little slower then I hoped it would be. But at least I managed to complete the workout. My time was 21.41. Thanks again Zuzana for kicking my butt into gear and making amazing workouts.

I'm starting to follow zuz's workouts more than bodyrock, but that doesn't mean we should start dissing the other side, especially since Lisa-Marie is a total sweetheart and very caring, plus she's one of Zuzana's followers too so it wouldn't make any sense. I understand it's a joke, but it's not funny cuz it doesn't make sense. Sorry to be such a downer but I just thought that was unnecessary.
@pzf02 I agree, I think it's a good transition that Zuz's left bodyrock. She's a strong woman and I think she does better on her own where she gets to lead the workouts the way she wants to do them. I think it's great she went back to her original style rather than the short 12 min bursts. I LOVE the return to ZUZ's workouts! There is nothing wrong with body rock and Lisa is doing a fantastic job hosting Freddy's workouts. It's just a difference in the approach to fitness. Good job Zuzka
i like her videos more because her body type fits more with mine. may seem superficial but to me realistic results are a lot more motivating than than the new body rock hostess. im definitely converting here

Don't know what happened with bodyrock but I find Zuzana's workouts "doable" - LM's good only for teenagers. I'm retired bodybuilder and powerlifter now on oil rig where there is no gym - this ROCKS!!! LIGHT my ass - you're kickin it girl - mine I mean! Glad you are back - tell everyone about you!

12:05 Yeah!!! I did insanity pure cardio this morning as well :) I so love your workout because they're short but truly intense. Since this are short workouts there is no excuse to skip it. 15 minutes while I'm cooking, 15 minutes while my baby is watching cartoons :)

All done! 8:58 - 8 lb. weights like Z :-) Lots of factors for a speedy time...I'm on an adrenaline high from about 50 different wonderful things that converged TODAY, Item Number One being that I would get to do a ZWOD workout. Is your exercises equally good for gaining weight as they are for losing weight?

@dinasty12 I gained weight(muscle) from her exercises because that was my goal. I just get very hungry after the workouts and I try to eat a lot. I also reduced in fat. Protein shakes are not my thing, the tastes disgusts me so I try to eat a lot of meat and veggies.

@dinasty12 It depends on your diet and how much you are eating. If you are looking to put on weight you would add the amount of carbs and protein that you would need for your body. If you are wanting to lose, alot less carbs, but still a decent amount of protein as it heals your muscles making it easier to recover for the next workout

Just got done: 13:22. What a great workout! I love that it was so short (despite the fact it took me 1:22 longer than a normal BR workout), and it was very intense--especially the 20 half-burpee hops followed by the 10 twisted push-ups. Whew! OK, i have been following you for few yrs now and i dont have to tell you i am in the best shape ever (40 yrs old btw). I over the Moon you are back!!!! So i checked out the videos put down on the paper what will i do and went to gy...come to find out i left my notes at home. Guess what?! I was able to remember all of them w/o problem. Those fulls on BodyRock have a list of 20+ excercises and for the love of me i cant remember them all!!!

I am really out of shape. Wow! I only made it through 2 rounds because of time constraints and the fact that my arms were killing me!! It took me 18 min and 28 sec to finish two rounds. But awesome workout and I feel great. Thanks Zuzka!!

OMG Zuz!!!how did you do that in 14:43!!! Just finished in19:21. first round with 8kg then second / third round dropped to 7kg! LOVE IT and sweat is literally pouring off me. So glad to have u back! I want more!!! :)

Hey Zuzana! I need a little help here :S I stumbled across your channel and i was amazed at your energy.. youve inspired me to start exercising. but i dont know how to start!! I cant do a proper push up.. only ones from the knee! :(( I really would like to get fit and in shape but yeah.. bit hopeless at the moment. @BeMyVforever That's how you start...on the knees. Manmakers: no weights, on knees. Low Burpee Hops: step vs hop side to side and into plank. Reduce reps on twisted push ups, on knees again. Competition Sit Ups: only roll down as far as you can keep the C curve/abs contracted.
All of Z's exercises can be modified...just give it some thought. Good luck!

@BeMyVforever I also wanted to mention...on the twist push ups..just start with rotating front and back...add the push ups on the knees when you get the hang of it! Be well!

@BeMyVforever what cbpilates said, its all in getting stronger gradually. Start from the knee and when those start to be a cake for you because it will, try on the knee one pushup at a time. If you cant go down all the way, you just keep at it because if you keep at it you will see results one pushup at a time

I was so tired today but I pushed and decided to do this anyway... my time was a little slower then I hoped it would be. But at least I managed to complete the workout. My time was 21.41. Thanks again Zuzana for kicking my butt into gear and making amazing workouts.

@pzf02 I agree, I think it's a good transition that Zuz's left bodyrock. She's a strong woman and I think she does better on her own where she gets to lead the workouts the way she wants to do them. I think it's great she went back to her original style rather than the short 12 min bursts. I LOVE the return to ZUZ's workouts! There is nothing wrong with body rock and Lisa is doing a fantastic job hosting Freddy's workouts. It's just a difference in the approach to fitness. Good job Zuzka
