Believe it or not, I'm watching the same episode subbed and dubbed (not at the same time, but switching back and forth every few minutes) and I can already tell there are MAJOR differences; I believe the reason for a lot of these is just good ol' Americans toning things down, and the (stupid) fact that they took a Shoujo [Girl] anime written by CLAMP, a team of all female manga writers, and adjusted it into a male-targeted audience for the US.
